We started with the fried pickles, and they were some of the best I've ever had. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. The coleslaw was especially memorable because it was more savory than sweet, with a subtle hint of cumin that gave it a unique flavor I really enjoyed. We also tried the loaded baked potato with brisket, the sliders, and the mac and cheese topped with burnt ends. Everything was very good. The only item that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the burnt ends, which were a little sweeter than I prefer. Even so, they were still flavorful. Overall, we had a great first experience.
