I'm a Door-dasher in Graham area. Honestly I hoped it wouldn't come to this, but here we are. I have had one person ruin my experience multiple times at this location. She has been rude, nasty, smelled like marijuana, and cursed at myself and others in my vehicle when I came to the Graham Sonic. I used to love to come to Sonic, but now I've had to report this woman to corporate on multiple occasions because of her cussing me out and stumbling outside. She's told me to "F*** Off" and to "Leave and not come back" when they didn't give me all the food that was ordered and so on. I keep going back and continue to be verbally assaulted and I'm tired of it. Corporate obviously hasn't done anything about this issue, since she's still working there and with the recent interaction I've had within the last week, they probably won't. She told me that as long as she's giving "Special Favors" to Joseph, that he won't let her be removed from the store. All I an assume is this is correct since she's the one that said it herself. I can continue on and tell you of multiple other incidents I've had specifically with this person, but for time's sake, I'll digress and move on. Obviously something needs to be done about management in this location if they will continue to allow people to work here like this. The worst customer service ever and the most idiotic managers. We order 2 crunch wrap combos for them to say the crunch wrap didn't come with the combo and we only got 2 Cinnabon delights and a drink... they said their system messed up and that's somehow the customers fault?! I'm taking it up with my bank but just don't order online. They will say they "can't control what's online" even though they are the merchant. Stupidest people I've ever dealt with. You can clearly see it's a combo for $9.... Even am contacting HR because I've worked fast food before. If you "noticed something was wrong". You should've canceled the order. read more

Taco Bell - Tacos Near Me - Graham, Texas

This Taco Bell recently opened. Living in a small town, this is a step forward. The Taco Bell was short staffed, very busy. One person taking orders at the counter, 14 cars at the drive through. The team is working hard, doing their best to make the food, do it right, keep up with orders. Kylee was at the inside counter, taking orders. Kylee was under pressure as some of the customers were unhappy with some aspects such as having run out of 2 different items, having to wait. She was grace under fire! She had a friendly attitude, a constant smile, very focused on getting orders right. I ordered 2 taco supremes, 2 burrito supremes, 4 sides of guacamole. The order was exactly right, correct items, made to Taco Bell deliciousness! I will definitely go back! read more

Extremely friendly service, our order came out within minutes and everything was correct on our order. The dining room was spotless and everything was fully stocked at 12:45pm - during the lunch rush. Highly recommend!!! read more

My first time and last. Staff never acknowledged us and when they finally did it was seeming perturbed we didn't order from their self menu. Hateful and will NEVER go back. the store was completely empty of customers and one car in the drive thru. We left to Taco casa. read more
