The food was decent bar food nothing fancy, but it came out warm and quickly. The drinks were a little on the weak side, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. One thing to note: if you have kids, try to keep them out of the sand area if they aren't playing volleyball the managers weren't too happy about that. There's a small pond nearby that attracts frogs, and our kids had a blast chasing them around the patio. The location is super convenient, especially being so close to the water park and baseball fields. Overall, a fun and family-friendly place to spend an afternoon or evening.

I've worked customer service. Mistakes happen. Her response ..."It's for you!", and walked away. Seriously!? When she came back with other orders, I said again that it wasn't what I ordered and told her what I had ordered. She seemed really flustered and like she had a low tolerance for feedback that was unpleasant. She gave me some looks of irritation. I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to him what had happened. No apology. He nearly cut me off to say, "so you want "correct order?" I said I think that girl needs some customer service training. He walked off and didn't acknowledge anything I said. I got the correct order in the end and I won't return without an apology and corrective measure.

The worst thing happening was a pickle in the box which shouldn't have been there. Oh no! Capital offense! How will I ever survive? lol My hot sandwiches are always hot and the cold ones always cold. Always yummy. I have noticed shorter wait times for both dine-in and carry out while still maintaining the same quality of good service. OH! Speaking of service, I need to give a shout-out to the women (it's always a woman for some reason) who takes our order. I often visit with my elderly Mother who is hard of hearing and has trouble seeing. She won't do anything about these issues because she's a total DIVA (hearing aids are for "old people" and I guess 78 isn't old in her mind). Anyway, the wonderful ladies who take our order are always SO patient with her and if it bothers them to repeat the same question four times, it never shows. I appreciate that so much THANK YOU! I ordered the Dr Buffalo Chicken Salad and my Daughter got 1/2 a Sandwich & Soup that also came with a bag of Chips. My Salad was large and had a nice amount of Buffalo Chicken on it. If I had any complaint, it would be that there isn't enough Red Onion and Cheese (for my taste) -- but I was ok with the amount of Tomato and Cucumber. I asked them to put the Dressing on the side -- which they did, no problem. My Daughter seemed to enjoy her meal and commented on how nice the Bread on the Sandwich was. We both bought / had their Iced Tea except that I chose the Unsweetened and she got the Pomegranate / Blueberry Blend. Both were very good.
