He was friendly, attentive, and so patient. We were dining with two kids, and one of them had a pretty major meltdown . The staff, especially Tristan, was incredibly kind and understanding, which made a stressful moment so much easier for us. That level of care really meant a lot. She seemed really flustered and like she had a low tolerance for feedback that was unpleasant. She gave me some looks of irritation. I asked to speak to the manager. I explained to him what had happened. No apology. He nearly cut me off to say, "so you want "correct order?" I said I think that girl needs some customer service training. He walked off and didn't acknowledge anything I said. I got the correct order in the end and I won't return without an apology and corrective measure.
