When they asked for special treatment and got it (ordering breakfast during lunch), Michelle chose not to eat. As a former business owner, I do not like it when people leave hit job type reviews when they are not deserved. I am only surprised that no one has reviewed Big Bill's since. I was not going to review the place as I have reviewed it before. It hasn't changed - it's still great. We were staying at 305 North Inn up the street and took advantage of the $10 per person per day credit they offered at Big Bill's. Every day our servers were responsive and the food delicious. You can't go wrong. The prices are still low and the environment is still warm and inviting. I'm impressed!
