So extremely disgusting I found a HAIR in my sandwich and they STILL charged me for the sandwich and I wanted a refund and didn't even want the sandwich after that but the lady was sooooo rude I just said forget it. I'm staying at the country Inn and suites in Freeport Illinois and ordered some subs today. The first person who answered the phone could not take my order. After the manager got on I asked a simple question, what is the largest unwhich that you make. She proceeded to take my order which was for a 16 inch on which and a 16 inch sub with bread. When I get home my order has 2 16 inch subs on bread. Not good for a diabetic. I called, the manager blew me off and said she had read the order back to me and it was my fault. You never disagreed that I specifically asked for an "UNWHICH" at the beginning of the call and told her exactly that's what I wanted on one of the subs. When she realize she was wrong, she dug her heels in and the customer was wrong in this case. BAD BUSINESS! read more

I was at the location for lunch while on a lunch break . They gave me the wrong sandwich and when telling the person on the phone he literally just stopped talking to me . I was saying hello a few times to see if we were still connected. All of a sudden the manager came on . I explained the phone had gone silent and she explained he didn't know what to say . I explained I got the wrong sandwich she told me it was almost the same one I ordered but with turkey and I had to bring it back . I told her I couldn't I was back at work . She wanted me to give her the sandwich back for a new one . I explained I had eaten a part of it but that I could give her the rest when I got off work . She wanted to still come pick it up and do this right away . I explained I was at work . At that point I told her I could just come after work . She needed to take care of it now or never I guess .
