I wanted a minor change to one item which was shown to be available online, however the very rude person at the drive thru said she couldn't make any changes it could only be done online. That is ridiculous, if you can order it online and pick it up here they should be able to do the same. If not then management of this location needs improvement. This is not the service I have received at this location in the past. Guess I'll give them another chance but hope they see this review and return to their previous level of service.
