DO NOT order from this Subway location if you value your time or money. This store repeatedly fails to fulfill mobile and delivery orders. On several occasions, I've placed an Uber Eats pickup order, waited the estimated time, and walked into a completely empty store only to find out my order was never touched. The employee on duty routinely tells customers that she won't start making the sandwich until you physically arrive, forcing a 15-30 minute wait for a pre-paid order. Today was even worse. The app marked my order as "Ready for Pickup." When I arrived, the employee casually said she couldn't make it because they were out of ingredients. Instead of canceling the order on the store's end or attempting to fix the mistake, she blamed me and said I had to fight with Uber Eats support to get my money back. When questioned, she claimed to be the manager, but after a long delay getting her supervisor on the phone, the supervisor claimed they were never notified of any problem. The level of disrespect, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for customer service is astounding. Menu is easy to read, glass-clung prompts are helpful visual aides if you get lost during ordering and the staff is ever asking you questions. Beginner level eatery. Food: Deli food. Great selection, and that accounts for most of the accolades. I typically get turkey and cheese with just about every vegetable available on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. It is always satisfying. And my husband rotates his sandwiches, the latest is the meatball sub - and he customizes his veggies, meat and cheese on that as well and devours it! It's reliable Subway flavors. Staff/Server: I am greeted when I enter the store, and eye contact is made at appropriate times. The staff is polite and accommodating; I don't expect cheerful - but that's always a welcome surprise! Food for the money: As acceptable as one can expect from Subway! Being able to completely customize your sandwich for around $6 is a well earned excellent deal. If I didn't live right across the street from this Subway I would never come here. But my kids love Subway and the food is fine. My problem with this spot is how poorly it is run. The employees are painfully undertrained. If there are multiple people in line you'll be waiting significantly longer than you would at any other Subway. Also, ask them to repeat your order before you pay. I've been overcharged more than once. Specifically today I asked for a 6" sub, but they made it as a 12". Before they added the toppings I made sure to correct them that I only wanted a 6". But when I got to the register to pay I asked for the receipt and they had charged me for a 12". Compare to other locations, this location is always clean, well stocked & fresh. Handful of times I've been here I thought their service was good, too. When I visited today, guys greeted "welcome to subway." to every single customers entering the store so I think their management is focusing on their customer service as well. We stopped by this location to grab a few sandwiches on the way home one Saturday night. I stopped by the refrigerator to get a water as I moved toward the sandwich counter. I noticed the bottles in the fridge were all turned over and in disarray. I approached the counter and asked for a six inch ham on flat bread. The attendant said, "we don't have ham" as he pointed to an empty bin. He said, "we have some turkey" if you want and pointed to 3 slices of turkey left in the bottom of that pan. He picked it up and said again, "if you want it". I did not. We left. The bottom line is that this was about 630 pm (they close at 10) and it appeared that about half of the meats were not in stock. The coupon said I needed to purchase a drink, I didn't really want to buy a drink so I just asked the cashier if I had to purchase a drink in order to redeem my BOGO coupon.
