Restaurant is dirty and service is terrible. One employee only working. Ordered food on app. Said would be ready at 635 p. App said it was ready. It was not. App service has not been ready both times I tried it. I had terrible service the time before. I thought I would give it another try. Same slow service and app service said it would be ready both times and it wasn't. This will be the last time I make this mistake. I drove through this Subway on Saturday, 2/19/22, around 7:45 - 8pm to order a chicken pizziola. I was informed they do not make those, which is fine, so I ordered a meatball sub instead. When I arrived at the window I was told they didn't have meatballs or marinara sauce. I instantly could tell that was a lie by their demeanor and ordered a sub through DoorDash. Meatball and marinara. It was later delivered but still missing some ingredients that were requested. So disappointing. The sloooooowestttttttt subway I've ever been to. After trying to use the drive thru with no luck I decided to go inside. Had 2 people ahead of me. 1 was getting veggies out on his sub and 1 was getting a pizza made. By time everything was said and done it took 18 minutes, not including the time waited at drive thru, to get the sub made. They even had to pull out the sub booklet to see what came on subs. I guess the workers here never heard of the old food industry adage to take care of the customer you can see and not the ones you can't. Came in for a wrap today. No one in there but two sandwich makers. Went up to the ordering area and watched the worker make 3 sandwiches for some large to go order they were working on. She didn't even acknowledge my existence. I thought I had Harry Potter"s cloak of invisibility on for awhile. Didn't even say she would be right with me (she wasn't anyway). Meanwhile while I'm patiently waiting like 6 more customers come into the store. Then after she makes 3 complete sandwiches (none were for me) she takes a to go order over the phone and then goes up to the drive thru window and takes yet another guys order. All while I am standing there being totally ignored. And not to sound sexist because the guy also making to go sandwiches ignored me as well. I mean what do they teach these workers? To ignore the customers for some to go pick up that could wait?? Finally after at least 10 minutes of standing there she asks me what I wanted. I replied "I forgot what I wanted I have been waiting so long". Total crickets. Not even a smile. Got my wrap and when I walked out only one customer now in line. The other 5 or 6 bailed. I'm sure the owner of this Subway would love to know about the business he lost cause his workers didn't have a clue about customer service. 2 stars is generous. I shouldve heeded the other reviews. Two less than enthusiastic people behind the counter. One footlong took about 10 mins to prepare in between all the interruptions. Very large space that could be well utilized if anyone seemed to want to be there. read more

Took 10 minutes to make 3 subs, was very rude, when we eventually got our food some of the order was messed up and they where rolled up very messy and also made very messy over sauced ripping the paper to hold it in. One employee running the whole restaurant (drive thru and counter). He was rude and defensive when I asked for my order I paid for online and had to leave. DO NOT PAY SUBWAY FOR YOUR FOOD BEFORE RECEIVING ON THEIR APP; ITS A RIP OFF. I got charged 13.40 on 4/27/22 and received nothing. I have sent Subway several complaints but they will not reply. Wanted a Tuna wrap today so I went to Subway. I have been here numerous times and it is usually busy. I stepped in and the young lady said hello while waiting on 2 other people. She finished with one and while helping another said "I can help you to", I was impressed. She took my order and helped with everything. I was very surprised to see that she even helped the other employee at the register without an eye roll or anything. The restaurant was clean and quick. Okay am I allowed to vent on social media? I've never done it before, but I just have to call out the Subway store im Fenton MI on Leroy St. Thanks for your great customer service!! NOT! I patiently waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to get a salad. When I pulled up to the speaker no one answered. I thought the speaker was broke. When it was my turn to pull to the window I said to the young guy at the window your speaker is broken. He said, "no it's not broken we are busy." I said okay can I please place my order? He says "nope you need to pull around and get back into line", (where there are now four cars behind me). I told him I had waited over 15 minutes and couldn't do that. Could I please speak to his manager. He speaks to this guy making sandwiches and says back to me, " nope he can't speak to you he's too busy.. you need to get back in line"! WHAT THE HECK?! Worst customer service ever!! I left. I'm mad and hangry at the rudest young man and manager I've ever encountered! The food is always great here... the staff is never happy tho, no one has any urgency, only one family of 3 in front of me. Ive been in here almost 10 minutes. My main reason for coming was soup 2 hours before they close if they run out they dont make anymore! Why!?! Its cold, its winter, its dinner time and people probably would like some soup. They usually get my order right, and they are always super nice. But their speed of service is the slowest EVER. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I regret it, and vow never to do it again. This subway had to have been the worst one I've ever been to because of both the service and the food! To start off I walked in and there's only one worker(which is understandable for a slow night) he is a red-headed guy around 17-20 years old is my guess. He is in the main dining area and is sweeping so I smile, wave, and say hello! He looks right at me, doesn't smile, doesn't wave, and doesn't even say hello. He sets the broom down walks behind the counter, so I walk up as well and go to the register as I and an online order! He doesn't say a word to me, just stares at me and I say "I have an online order under this name or that name, I'm not sure which", and I laugh and smile once again. This worker grabs the bag from behind the counter and sets it on the counter in front of me and quickly says "yep" and then proceeds to walk away and begin sweeping again. This was already a horrible experience to start off, but upon getting home and beginning to eat the food I open the bag of cookies we had order to see all 4 smashed into one small paper bag and squished together, besides that fact they were drastically under-baked(so much so that they were mushy). The sandwiches were smashed and the sauce is all over the papers and outside of the bread of the sub. And lastly, I asked for two side cups of sauces and they were left out but I didn't bother asking for them because I figured the guy working would have to actually speak to me and I didn't want to find out what that would be like! This is the first negative review I have ever written because I don't usually feel the need to take the extra time to do so but it was so bad I thought I needed to call out the the worker.
