I received friendly service from Mariah, the bathrooms were clean, and the kids meal toy was cute. Those are the positives. All I ordered was a kid's meal with a hamburger (I specified a cheeseburger without the cheese just in case). I asked if it would come with catsup, pickle, onion, mustard and was told it would. I took a bite and there was cheese on it and no onion, pickle or mustard. The bun was too big and too thick for this size patty and it tasted old and didn't have a good texture. The apple bites no longer come in a bag and are cut into small, weird shapes and sizes that you have to dig out of a cup. A little kid wouldn't have fingers long enough, and it was pain for an adult with a little kid appetite who had to drive and eat. I have been to many Wendys and had good service and food but this review is specifically on the Holly Mi Wendy's. BEWARE this Wendys has changed to one of the worse Wendys I have ever been to. Had two terrible encounters. First encounter service was really slow and burger was gritty and terrible but decided I would try again down the line. 2nd encounter didn't even get a chance to order. So was waiting in line to order for 5 minutes and no one was even a head of me so I said Hello to the speaker? Rudley I was told sir if you don't like the wait I don't know what to tell you im training new people. I said you could of at least said sorry sir im training new people please hold. She started arguing with me and I left without ordering and staff was yelling at the window dont come back. So normally fast food isn't fast anymore and I get that. Understand fully being short staffed or that training is going on. However this wasn't about short staff or shipping problems. This is simply about a restaurant worker not treating a customer as let alone a customer but as a human being. 15 Minutes we waited for fries. Two separate orders left prior to having to go into the store and get my food. Upon walking in they are bagging the order and it's then placed in the drivethru area before anyone acknowledge I was at the counter. At that time I said exactly what was ordered, explaining the time we waited. Then they confirmed with the drivethru worker and then and only then we were allowed our food. Needless to say this isn't the first time. Four staff members working that I could see. All team members with probably the poorest appearance of a food worker I've seen, food on the floor, lobby dirty and so on. Four people is enough. I've opened fast food myself with just a manager and worked through a morning rush. It's just about how hard you're willing to work. It's not an easy job and I get that. But you make the choice to take pride in your work or not. Unfortunately the attitude of the drive thru worker ARIEL we won't be back. To the young person who handed me the food. Thank you. Other two staff members working hard as well and had no idea we were even parked. This drive thru worker was able to have a conversation with the car behind me and get them there food timely. This place is a complete joke. They need new management. It's either super slow or they get our preset completely wrong.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that were possible. Got home and was missing half of my order. I called and told them this and the manager said he packed all orders and that I was a liar and hung up. Called repeatedly would not answer- just let it ring and then picked up and hung up the phone. Drove back and the manager would not come speak to me. Finally he came to the window, yelled at me and tried to give me only $34 of the $51 I paid. Locked the window (I just wanted to speak to him about the issue) and kept saying he would call the police on me. Uh, for what. The most wonderful guy at the window managed to get my full refund and said I shouldn't have been treated like that. Don't go here. Went for 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and some nuggets at the drive through at 10:30pm. Gave us our burgers and had us pull forward to wait for the nuggets..no one in front of or behind us the whole time. We waited for probably 15 minutes and then drove back around the building to the speaker. The worker said "sorry we are waiting on your crispies", we pulled back up to the window and they miraculously had the nuggets ready, oh with a free fry for our troubles. Got home and all the food was cold except the fries. They close at 1am too so it's not like we were rolling in at closing time. I am very disappointed with this Wendy's in general. Overall this was a good experience, the food was made to perfection and the lady and cook that were working at the time were absolute angels. The only complaint I had was I asked for a metric ton of ghost pepper ranch (which is one of the best sauces on earth) and they only gave us 4 I was looking for more like 8. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service was horrible. They gave me a salad that looked like it had been in the garbage. The lettuce was wilted and slimy. I proceeded to take the salad back to the restaurant after I opened it and saw how nasty it looked. The manager came to the window and have the worst attitude ever. She tried to give me another salad and when I told her I wanted my money back she gave me more attitude and slam my money down on the window. I will not be returning here and suggest you take your business elsewhere. Because the town is so small you would think they would have better customer service. Especially since a lot of the customers are locals and return often. I wrote Wendy's to resolve the matter and they offered me a gift card. I work the night shift at a hospital and every time i stop here after a long night the staff is so wonderful. The closing shift people are the BEST and always wish me a good night with a smile.
