He was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. The food was not good either. Sloppily made beef and bean burrito and since the lettuce was recalled you can't get lettuce, my taco had barely a smidgeon of cheese which looked glued and stuck on the shell. I asked if they could replace lettuce with something else and he said NO. Also I was NOT told the lemonade was empty. There was no sticker on fountain saying lemonade is empty. I filled my cup with what should have been lemonade and got "water". I told him and he blamed it on me. I had the original cup that had water in it, and he yelled at me telling me to throw it out because he doesn't want that. I never asked him to take it. He grudgingly gave me new cup. Someone needs to train him to keep his hatred at home and not unleash it onto customers. Very unprofessional and worst experience ever in a Taco Bell.

The chips tasted homemade, thin and crispy with just the right amount of salt. The salsa was a little thinner than I prefer, but it had a nice kick once it arrived. For our meal, we ordered the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas. The steak and chicken were both moist, flavorful, and well seasoned. The shrimp, unfortunately, didn't have much flavor, and I was disappointed by the vegetable ratio. There was a huge bed of onions and only about one pepper in the mix. One of the highlights was the steak tacos. The steak was chopped into small pieces, packed generously into the tortillas, and so tender and juicy that you could barely close them. They were absolutely delicious. We also tried the handmade chicken taquitos appetizer. They come cut into smaller pieces rather than whole taquitos, but don't let that fool you. The chicken was finely shredded, the crispy exterior was perfect, and the spicy sauce that came with them was excellent. The portion was surprisingly large and easily shareable. A special shoutout to our server, Parker. He was fantastic.
