I ordered a beer at the bar with the friendly bartender while I perused the menu at a table. I decided on their traditional bone in wings, 12 for $16.49, split between their applewood dry rub and their honey bbq dry rub. At over $1.37 per wing, I had high hopes these pricey wings would be worth the cost. And then this is where things went quickly downhill. The kitchen in this bar is small and they do orders one at a time, no batches. I had no idea that when I ordered there were multiple large carry out/door dash orders ahead of me, which meant I had to wait over an hour for my order of wings. Thankfully I had time to waste while watching the game, but no order of wings should take that long, especially without being told about the extraordinarily long wait when I ordered. I will say, once my order arrived, they redeemed theirselves. The wings were large, perfectly fried (tender, juicy and not one bit over cooked) and they were tossed evenly in the flavorful and unique dry rubs. Absolutely no complaints, just pure satisfaction. Okay, okay, they are still pricey, but if it wasn't for that long wait I wouldn't have been bothered by the final check. Station 20, please work on those wait times or find a way to handle in-store orders separately from your door dashers. Solve that issue and you would one of my top wing destinations.

Everything was greasy goodness and made to perfection. Also, I LOVED that the bloodies came with olives stuffed with little pickles. Perfectly prepared! Ambiance is welcoming and clean and bright. Service was great and attentive. What I would recommend to them is to have the chefs wear AirPods to listen to their heavy rock music in the kitchen however as the sound spilled out into the restaurant and detracted from the feel! Instead they should have a nice coffee house music vibe perhaps playing intentionally in the dining area rather than this "spill over" sounds from the kitchen.... We will for sure return as the food and menu choices are great!

It was impressive as we walked up from the outside and the interior was equally modern, well-lit and inviting - with plenty of brick and stained woodwork (see pictures). Per the sign on the wall, this is one of two locations - the other being in Flagstaff, AZ. A menu note said that it changes frequently, so I didn't include pictures (reference through the web site link below for the latest) - but there was an impressive variety of unique and intriguing plates! My wife started with an unsweetened Matcha Latte (see picture) and all 4 of us sampled different dishes. Our friends ordered the Madrez Chorizo Gorditas (see picture) and Birria Tacos. My wife loves chorizo, so opted for the Chorizo Chilaquiles (see picture) and I was equally intrigued by the chilaquiles (corn chips), so went with the Brisket Chilaquiles (see picture). As we always do, we shared tastes of each of our dishes and really enjoyed them all - so would highly recommend each of them. Both of the chilaquiles dishes were listed as spicy and they were each just the right level of 'bite' to make them delicious. The corn chips appeared freshly made and were soaking in the juices and crema - coming across as very similar to birria dishes we've had elsewhere. Service was pleasant enough but s-l-o-w. Restaurant was not busy but there was one large party of about a dozen which seemed to overwhelm the two servers. For the entire time we were there we didn't see any front of house staff (manager, host, bussers) other than two servers. Cleanliness was poor. We were there for over an hour and tables near us were not cleared or cleaned at all. Dirty dishes with leftover food sitting on them for the duration of our meal. Food all over the floor. Not an appetizing atmosphere. All-in-all poor value for the money.

I ordered the Chicken Piccata. That is one of my favorite dishes at most Italian restaurants. This looked like boiled chicken breasts, no color at all. The "lemon" sauce was like water and did not taste like lemon at all. More like vinegar. The "grilled"asparagus was sitting in the water and tasted boiled, not grilled. Mashed potatoes were decent, but sitting in a bowl of watery sauce did not help. Do not order this if you are expecting traditional Piccata. The angel hair pasta with "marinara" sauce my husband ordered was very bland, it was more like canned regular tomato sauce stirred into pasta...no joke. We wonder if there is a different owner, and cook. The nice young man who was our server was very good. We will not be back, and that is sad aswe liked it before.

My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a gluten free lighter option before a spa day. I'm so glad we found Green Grocer. It was packed. Not an empty seat in the place around 12:00 on a Saturday. We did have to circle around for parking as well, but only had to walk a short distance from across the street. I got a drip coffee with blueberry waffle flavor and cream. The coffee was very good. I believe they use Collectivo. The gluten free raspberry financier was even better. It was similar to a Madeline cookie, but larger and raspberry in the center. I would drive back just for the pastry. We also got sandwiches from the deli and two fountain drinks from bar. I loved my build your own turkey and Swiss with sprouts, lettuce, tomato's pickle, onion, mayo, mustard, and sub sauce on gluten free bread. The bar service was great too. I definitely recommend Green Grocer for sandwiches and coffee, especially if you want to avoid the craziness of downtown Lake Geneva. Seems like the locals know this place is fantastic as it was non stop busy.

First visit, the bar wasn't open. The lower bar bartender told us we could go up to the roof top but needed to bring our own dishes down. Second visit, large sign at entry said roof top bar was open. Several tables and all seats at the bar were full but no bartender on a very warm day. It rained earlier in the day so many of the tables and chairs were wet. We were able to go behind the bar to grab paper towels to clean off the seats. Again had to bring up drinks from the lower bar. Lower bar tender moves like a snail. After about an hour, a bartender shows up to the roof top and says she was watching the weather and decided to come to work. The lower bar is nice but why offer a roof top bar if you cannot service it. There were many customers that left frustrated at the lack of service. Hopefully management will get it together. This could be a great asset to our small town.

My husband tried to open my door so I could dump it out of the vehicle and the top of his fell off right in between the seat of the truck. The carhop was there when it happened and brought us a handful of napkins which was in no way enough to clean up the mess. she then asked if we wanted it a dish and after all this mess we chose to get our money back. He went into the building and told them what happened and they shouldn't be serving the ice cream because it was too way too soft. He asked for the manager and told him and he said what do you want me to do? All of them had a grin on their face like they thought it was funny, which it most certainly wasn't. As we were leaving a girl carhop walked by with a big smile on her face. I emailed Annie's about the situation with no response after a week I'm posting this review. Their employees are a reflection of their business and their lack of response tell me what kind of owners they are. Very unprofessional!
