I have given them over a month just to respond to me, they never did. I outed them on Facebook and the GM came in lying about trying to fix their issue. We also ordered a large fry that was completely missing from our order. To make things worse, we didn't order any drinks, but we were charged for a **large water with each Happy Meal**. When we went inside to get everything corrected, we were met with nothing but attitude from the employees instead of an apology. The interaction that really stood out was when we asked to add a pack of cookies. The employee taking our order sighed, rolled her eyes, and said, *"Well, I guess."* Customer service shouldn't make customers feel like they're an inconvenience for ordering food. We then offered for them to keep the change and were met with yet another eye roll and a "Um... Okay I guess." Mistakes happen, and that's understandable.
