I came in planning to dine in, but the girl at the front told me they were only doing to‑go orders…read more I didn't want to make things harder for her, so I said that was fine and placed a simple order for one pho. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food. Several people who arrived after me received their orders first, and two customers who came in after me were actually allowed to dine in, which was confusing since I was told that wasn't an option. When I asked about my order, I was told it would be a few more minutes,but by that point the wait and the inconsistency were really frustrating. I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but the lack of communication and the different rules for different customers made the experience very disappointing.
