The time of day probably had something to do with it, since it was early and not really "drinking time" yet, but there were people at the bar having fun, and music was playing, but it wasn't overwhelming for her, which is awesome. The other customers were also pretty laid back. I've spent years taking kids to restaurants and there's almost always someone irritated nearby, giving dirty looks because they don't want to hear loud laughter or be around even well-behaved children - there was absolutely none of that here, and it did my heart good! In short: if you have family in town, or if you just want to go hang out, have a good beer and some delicious food without going bankrupt, and listen to some music, this is your place!
