I can't eat beef, so that normally would have meant I was out of luck. Instead, they offered to substitute a grilled chicken patty and keep everything else the same. It ended up being absolutely delicious (flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care). Even through delivery, the overall experience felt thoughtful and accommodating. The communication was kind and solution-oriented, and the food arrived well-packaged and hot.
