This is the 2nd time i ordered from this location. 1st time I had it delivered by door dash. I got a 6" sub instead of a 12" I ordered, Missing items, and toasted when I wanted untoasted. This time I ordered it on subway app. (3 subs). I watched them make it because I got there early. I asked for extra pickles verbally as well as on the app. A girl said we don't have pickles. So I ask for some money back or something else. The older woman said "NO WE WILL NOT DO THAT" So, I stated Every time I've come here my order is mess up . The teenage boy behind countertop said " WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT UP" I SAID excuse me what did you say, say it again. Then he was about to say it again when the older woman told him to shut his mouth. He didn't want to.. He said ."I said"... Is this the kind of employee SUBWAY CORPORATE HIRES? (I video recorded it!! ) I want action taken on this entitled little boy. I want subway and this boy to apologize to me and make it up to me! If nothing is done about it. This is the worst restaurant. I went to pick up an online order (which I had already placed and paid for) and the door was locked. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the 3 employees that I could see through the glass and told them I was there to pick up my order. First she told me that they were out of turkey. When I said I would change my order, she said that they couldn't do that. Then she said "besides, we're closed". I asked to speak to a manager and she handed me off to another young man who was not the manager. He proceeded to tell me that they were closed due to employee shortages (though I could see the three of them all standing there). He was able to void my order though even though he originally told me that I would have to go online and cancel it. I will never go back to this Subway. read more

Did order online, Ordered BMT lettuce (less) got NONE.. Cucumbers extra got Little. (4 slices)..Sweet Onion Sause asked for extra got every little. Put in notes to cut in quarter.. barely cut in half. Also ordered BLT with extra black olive only got 13 little slices on it. Pretty poor looking subs. :( read more

Please everyone be aware of this subway the emopyees attitudes are horrible and they literally argued with me over 30 cent stating I got extra shredded cheese on my salad because I felt she sprinkle only a little on my salad so I asked for a lil more . Now I wouldn't have had a problem if she had she stated that when like when I asked for two types of cheese . My order was $13.67 and once I looked at the receipt I asked her why was I charged extra , then she proceeded to say I got extra cheese , now I would have paid the extra ic she had apologized and said Im sorry for the misunderstanding , instead she had an attitude trying to defend her position so I cancelled the whole order , at that point I was like where is your manager and she states she is the manager and O cant understand why they would hire someone like this who could have easily diffused the situation but instead wanted to argue and be rude . I came back in and asked for her name and both of the ladies stated the dont wear name tags nor give out their names ... at that point im like wow really so at this point im a bit aggravated because im a paying customer and the disrespect and disregard was upsetting. So the other lady they voided my receipt stated to leave the premises because I asked for the other young lady name . Now the other lady inserted herself and said I need to leave are shes going to call the cops on me , I was really because I ask for you ladies name, At that point I felt my self about to have an anxiety attack because I couldn't believe how this was handled . I wish I could post a video which I might share on my fb page once I reach out the their headquarters . All this could have been avoided if they were nicer at the beginning so instead of them apologizing or giving me my 30 cents back that they coulx have kept if they wasnt so rude . I cancelled my whole order that was already prepared and they lost $13.67 now you do the math . It cost nothing to say I apologize for the misunderstanding and I would have said no problem let the 30 cents remain and left with my food . This subway is the absolute worst that I have ever been too! I placed an online pick up for 3 subs and cookies, when picking up, my daughter (19 years old) was told there wasn't any cookies. Which is fine. I just wanted to know how I could get refunded my money for all 10 cookies I ordered. I called and the woman on the phone was crazy rude to me. I was hung up on twice. I called back to speak to a manger and told there wasn't one. So I said I know there is a supervisor there, I was told to call back tomorrow. Spoke to Steven who again handed the phone back to the rude girl and he told me He couldn't give me her name (lie) so then she hung up on me again. So I went to the store, was very nice, ordered another sub with STEVEN and paid full price...while being very polite I asked what the girls name was....he looked at her and she told me her name way "K." Being in the service industry I would NEVER act as "k" did and I'm beyond disappointed. read more

Good evening! I've been a long-time customer of SUBWAYS, I reside in Charlotte, NC and there are many locations in my city but after tonight's experience I will need to either find a location further away or choose another restaurant chain altogether. We used to frequent the SUBWAYS off of Albermarle rd (it's in a shopping center near a WalMart--9009 Albemarle Rd Ste 100 Albemarle to be exact.) the service was GOOD at one time around last year but it has declined considerably since they lost or switched employees. We decided to try again tonight and not only were the three,young women there rude. they "side-eyed" us but NO ONE spoke directly to OR addressed us in an almost empty store. They just kept "prepping food" as if we were invisible and then when they finally did, they acknowledged my husband ONLY until I mentioned I wanted to make a separate order, The young lady that took my order was the most unfriendly of the three ( we gave her NO reason to be--we were amicable despite her attitude problem--she seemed angry about something unrealted to us) she mumble-mouthed her words and was barely comprehensible. She even disappeared off to the side-area in the middle of making my order and later she put an almost jar-full of Mayo on my sandwich. Later when we returned home, I ate some of it and then halfway through my stomach started rumbling. About 5 minutes later I violently vomited the contents onto my floor!!! I want my money back and after that I NEVER want to visit that location again--ever. My instincts were correct: They need to train their workers and fire the crew that workled tonight---they will make other people SICK!!!!!!!! Those girls would clearly rather talk amongst themselves and "mean-mug" BUT ignore customers instead of just doing their jobs. read more

Service is horrible. The staff almost seem pissed off about being there. At no time did they greet any of the customers, nor did they even make eye contact. They answered questions with short 1-word answers. Their sandwich making was uneven (the lady in line before me ordered the exact same sandwich that I did and I noticed she got 7 slices of meat, while I only got 5). I do love eating at Subway but I certainly wont be coming back to this location! read more
