She has answered my phone calls, she has met me face to face, and every time she speaks to me, she takes some of her miserable existence and she tries to spread it out to me. This level of service has carried on throughout the years. I've driven up to the window to find no one there and a "Sorry, come back later, we're cleaning" only to find out that one kid was the only person there and everyone else abandoned him. I've asked to buy 5 hot mustards at the window to be told "we're not going to sell that to you" and I had to argue with her that I would pay. I just want to end this with I don't think it's any one person, but I think it's the collection of people working there. If you're not like this troll, stand up and say something and fix the issue. The food its self is also a problem. They are doing something to the fries. They are never fresh, even right after being pulled out of the frier. They taste terrible and the oil coats your tongue. I couldnt figure out the ketchup at first, as it comes in a little plastic cup that you either pull the end off to squirt or peel the top back to dip. Same type of container for the chicken dipping sauce. These types of sauce containers make it hard to utilize all the ketchup or sauce. The pop was good. I wish there was a fountian where you could go back and get more, as the amount of ice in the drink seems to limit how much drink you are actually getting. The bathrooms reminded me of what you would get in a fancy hotel, from a design, cleanliness, and overall layout and function. Really impressed with that. Only suggestions would be to have fountain pop for refills, and have the condiments (maybe just the K and M) where the customer can squirt them out as needed. My coworker pointed out that the menu options are not a mile long. But I think we both agreed that they have figured out how nail a collection of items, and deliver a quick quality meal.
