Our waiter Chandler did a great job taking orders for 21 people and we had complementary chips and drinks within minutes. The food for all 21 arrived much sooner than we expected on hot plates. It was very authentic and the prices were very reasonable. Unusual, but tasty. I ordered the Alambres dinner, and this massive plate of food instantly appeared. I don't know what kind of magic they have going on in the kitchen, but I've never seen dinner arrive that fast. Delicious rice (perfectly cooked and seasoned), a nice pile of lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, etc. But the star of the plate: lots of shrimp, thin strips of steak and chicken, sauteed yellow/red bell peppers and onions, smothered in a cheese sauce. All very tasty, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The cheese sauce was a little thin for me, but that's a very minor issue with this impressive plate of food (it was so much food that I ended up finishing it later that night in my hotel room - still good). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was fast and good, and the price was ridiculously low.

The art is beautiful.
