The people who say this is the worst Subway are not exaggerating. The floor is always filthy. Church is always arguing with his wife, who just about had a mental breakdown working BY HERSELF the other day with a line almost out the door (due to poor management and corporate incompetence too). The past two times I have been unable to even place my order. The first time it was because of the aforementioned girl's near mental breakdown which I wanted no part of, and the second was yesterday when some big guy with a red beard told me they were closed, AFTER I had stepped foot inside through the unlocked door. Why they were closed in the middle of the afternoon is beyond me, and I was so embarrassed and angry that I didn't bother to ask why. I figured maybe they just got tired of working and wanted to argue or play on their phones instead, knowing this bunch. I'm sorry I left Church that glowing review a few months back. He may try to care, but it is not showing in the final product. I will never eat at this location again, and I may never eat Subway again because you can't get ahold of anyone higher up the chain of command to complain. I mean, this company did have a pedo for a spokesman so it's no wonder that they can't hire anyone reliable. Corporate hides behind automated voicemail menus and a website that barely functions at all, the cowards that they are. So I left empty handed yesterday, and then I decided to get Doordash, and the driver cancelled THAT order because 'their phone was down to two bars'. What is going on out here!? To the guy with the beard who said they were closed yesterday, I'm sorry I bothered you. And you're sorry because you're sorry, punk. I worked in food service for fourteen years and this beats all I've ever seen. It's an epidemic of incompetence. read more
