They were in the way of the staff serving food and drinks and none of the parents were doing anything to corral their children. People coming into the restaurant were taking one look into the dining room and leaving. They should have closed the second floor dining room and not sent people up there who were not with the large group. Cramming people in around the bar and a tiny side bar was just not a good idea. By the time the room was packed with people from the large party, it was so loud that I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband who was sitting right next to me.
