I usually don't review fast food places, but the subway here was a sorry affair. It had nothing to do with the service and had everything to do with the portion size. The counter person gave me the usual four scoops of tuna, but I noticed immediately that the scoop size had changed for the worse. Four scoops on a 12 inch added a layer of less than a quarter inch. I guess I still remember when Subway used to have good sandwiches. read more

Let's seeeeeeee I waited 16 minutes for the woman behind the counter to make 2 sandwiches for the couple ahead of me so that I might grab brown lettuce for sustenance before I continued my 9 hr road trip.... No such luck... she wouldn't stop telling her life story so I simply walked away. read more

I'm really getting sick and tired of this happening. I travel for work a lot. I work out of Beaty at least one day a week normally. not many options to eat here so I find myself eating Subway quite often. I order on the app because I get points and it makes it easier for me to swing in and grab it and get back out on the road. This is the third time that I've made sure that it said do not toast my sandwich. This is the third time that they've given me a toasted sandwich. I do not know what it's gonna take for these people to learn how to read. I'm sorry, but this is a pretty easy job to look at a screen and it tells you exactly what to do. Try to call the number to express my disappointment in my disgusting hot sandwich and of course the number is out of service. read more

Things still haven't gotten any better now they barely have any toppings and the girl that was working yesterday absolutely didnt want to go get any from the back at all. I almost walked out and just said screw it. Next time I will because having no toppings is unacceptable and sandwich was thrown out regardless because it just wasn't the same having practically NOTHING on it besides meat, cheese, mayo and lettuce. YUCK!!!!!!!! 1st employees were scared about putting toppings on the sandwiches because of threats being thrown around about being fired now they don't have any and I guess being lazy is a things there now and this manager of this franchise doesn't take responsibility for his employees or establishment read more

Subway - Toppings were empty and employees didn't want to go get any to refill so customers could enjoy - Sandwiches Near Me - Beatty, Nevada

Service and Ambiance there was a male worker and because he was in a very bad mood he kept on repeating this too by the way he kept assuming my boyfriend and I were done ordering. Food was good but I would never hire someone like him he had curly hair and was on the bigger side w facial hair if your wondering. My boyfriend and I are extremely nice people too so the fact that he kept assuming should say something, that was the worst service I have ever had in my entire life HONESTLY. And if I go back I will wait to have someone else service my boyfriend and myself, Thee older lady was very nice and very sweet and to add to that he had no sanitary items on such as hair net etc. read more

After a long drive from Reno, I stopped for Subway because I was starving. I watched the guy make my sandwich and I was SHOCKED to see that they weighed the amount of meat for the sandwich. It ended up being 1 layer of roast beef only, so it ended up basically being all bread and no meat. What a total waste of time and money, never again! read more

horrible. just horrible. I travel a lot and I stopped to get a bite. when I got there the line took like 15 minutes (there were only three people in the line) and when I was able to finally take my order, there was absolutely no cheese. If you need something to eat, just get some chips from the gas station. Won't be going again. read more

The service was great and so were the sandwiches. They have self serve sodas. It wasn't busy when we went but it can be. There are tables so you can sit and eat. read more

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a Subway here. The staff member who made my sandwich (I think her name was Jerdi) was really nice and offered multiple suggestions of how to make my sandwich more tasty that no Subway staff member has ever suggested before. I ordered a veggie sandwich and Jerdi asked if I wanted to include pepper and onions with a little oil on it and sauce on the sandwich before toasting it to bring out the flavors in the veggies. She also asked if I wanted a little salt and pepper on the tomatoes to bring out their flavor. I had never thought about asking for this and really appreciated her going out of her way to make my sandwich as tasty as possible. The building in which Subway is located also sells a number of interesting things and has wild donkeys wandering about (don't feed them, there is a big fine if you do) so it is definitely worth a stop! read more

Subway is Subway in my opinion, the food is consistent at most Subways that I've been to. That said, what made this one stand out was the service received. More specifically the manager of this store Daniel. He went above and beyond to accommodate my group of eleven. I spoke to him the night before about what I needed, he informed his morning employee (who was new), and had her give him a call when I arrived with the order, so he could come in on his day off to assist her with fulfilling the order. My hat is off to him, and the owner of this location should be proud & thrilled to have him on board. Solid! read more

Buyer beware! If you want to pay DOUBLE the price per sandwich then definitely eat here. The prices were ridiculous and twice as expensive as Subway anywhere else. read more

That was one of the best and freshest I've had in a long time. I would definitely come back on when I pass through Beatty again.

Avoid!!!! Nice enough sandwich maker but the price and lack of veggies was outrageous! Got two 6" subs with only olives, Jalapeno's, and onions available. All for $24. 2 flippen 6" sandwiches for $24. Ridiculous! read more

Terrible customer service. After a long road trip I stopped to get a sandwich at subway. I wanted to be in and out and get back on the road but that did not happen. There were three workers, only one of which attended us well. The other two kept talking and messing around with each other instead of paying attention to us. I was waiting for them to make my sandwich, it was like watching grass grow. Then when it was time to check out..20 minutes later, the young man proceeded to take forever and being a smartass with me. I went back to get napkins at the checkout and the same young man called me a jerk. I have no idea why he thought that would be an appropriate thing to say to a customer. While I was sitting down eating, the remarks he was saying about other people was not professional at all. Do not come here if the young man is working, don't expect decent service. read more

Say you have been driving for nearly seven hours and you haven't seen a gas station or a place to eat for nearly one hundred miles. Okay, so now you know why I think this little piece of heaven in Beatty is an oasis. By definition you don't judge an oasis like other places. You just accept it for what it is and enjoy the food and comfort without asking too many questions. LOL When I stopped here for gas, food and a body break, I was happy to see they had a Subways. I was also happy to see they were serving the recently introduced Pastrami subs. Nice I thought. In reality the food was good, "A-OK' in Yelp-ese. The meat was a little chewy. But remember what my definition of an oasis? Just accept and enjoy! read more

A) You find yourself in rural Nevada and are seeking something healthy to eat. B) You find yourself in rural Nevada and are just buzzing through and need a bite to eat. C) You find yourself in rural Nevada and are starving. D) You find yourself in rural Nevada and have $10 or less. If any one or any combination of the above apply, then Subway is your place to go. Nothing earth shattering or culinarily off the charts going in at Subway here. Unless you live in a box and never get out, every one in America knows what Subway is. This location in Beatty, NV is no exception...but know it is one of your only options period in Beatty. But if you are seeking healthy food along many roads in rural Nevada, your options are going to be slim. My review gets a 4, not because Subway is awesome, but because this Subway is a welcome oasis in a desert of nothingness. Subway is consistent on quality, consistent on price and the staff in Beatty was super sweet to boot. I personally enjoy their egg sandwich on a sub roll and loaded up with veggies. A great healthy option for any cowboy or cowgirl wandering the West! read more

Typical of any Subway location but expect to pay more than other locations. Ordered a foot long and six inch BMT, no drinks or chips and it came to $22. read more

Friendly employees. Made me a delicious wrap. Convienence having it inside the massive candy store. I'd definitely grub here again.

Stayed the night in Beatty on our way to Oregon. Everything in that town closed at 9pm so our only options was Dennys and Subway. We got three subs and two drinks and paid $50. The subs were so disgusting that none of us could finish our food. The next couple days we had stomach issues and even threw up the first morning after. This is the worst subway we have ever had and WAY over priced. The worker Jacob spent his whole time complaining about Dennys stating "I worked there before and none of them know how to cook so you made a good choice coming to subway". I honestly think we would have been better off with Denny's. read more

Yzael gave great service, epically considering it was 9pm on a Wednesday. The food storage seemed clean, two thumbs up for a subway.

Went in to order lunch for my family we were on vacation in Nevada the lady did not only not give me a receipt but overcharged me for the food that we ordered and their service was like that of an adolescent child extremely rude read more

We have lived in this town for years. And this Subway just continues to get worse each day. You can submit online orders, but you better pray they pay attention to the online order bell. And check your food before you even leave the counter, there is almost a guarantee it will be wrong or missing something. If it weren't for the fact that there is little to nothing for quick and easy I would stop providing them business. It is about time they get a crew that can actually do their job in there. read more

Drove 70 miles round trip this afternoon to Beatty Nevada, for 3 sandwiches. Was very disappointed and irritated. Ordered 2 BMT sandwiches and 1 Roast Beef. Was told they had NO roast Beef until April. They had no black olives either. The man ahead of me walked out because they did not have the cheese he wanted. The clerks reason for this was " we forgot to order these things". Really? What kind of sandwich shop has no roast beef or other ingredients for their sandwiches? And the rude comments and attitude from the clerks did not help the situation. Needless to say, we won't be going back to this Subway ever. And the sad thing is, the owners or management does nothing about the problems. With the pandemic going on, you would think they would bend over backwards for their customers. Yea, we are finished with Subway in Beatty Nevada. read more

Went there for the time with my coworkers, we didn't know what we were in for, I ordered the Philly cheese But unexpectingly to me it looked like some kind of road kill they just picked off the road the night before there was a hair my in my sandwich,I was eating with a fork and saw something shiny thought it was a cheese string, it was skeptical I picked out with a fork broke 3 times God knows how long that hair was almost puked right then and there. read more

Disgusting. Kaylee handled cash with gloves on and proceeded to make my sandwich without washing her hands or ever taking the plastic gloves off. 7/18/20 at 3:50 pm. I feel bad for the people having their sandwiches made after me. All of the veggies were probably contaminated with COVID particulates. Poor health codes and should be investigated by corporate and the public health department! Wouldn't be surprised if people got sick and died from how badly this employee handled food. Service was excellent, food was wonderful, staff was super professional and I was completely impressed!! I wish I could say the same for the Jed's Jerky guy, as I sit eating my sandwhich he has already taken three cigarette breaks then played there on his cell phone and has been on the company phone for at least five minutes as customers just walk on by. I hope the managers read this as it explains why jerky sales were down this evening, I usually buy jerky but not tonight...... Don't want to interrupt his lengthy conversation with work. read more
