None of which is a requirement for fulfilling the buyer inspection. Hence he cost us a home sale by terrifying the prospective buyer, who walked. The risks he communicated regarding a septic system are no worse than the risks of driving a car everyday. He was totally out of bounds for what he was asked to do and additionally cost me money to get a 2nd opinion inspection at my cost, in order to have a current report to show buyers. He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. I would not hire this company unless you had enough personal to watch each and everyone, to prevent having your items stolen!
