I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. Both guys were respectful and took good care of our possessions. They worked non stop for 4 hours. They even let this old man talk their ears off! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I knew immediately that it was Ky Junk Ninja and my credit card company confirmed it. I sent a text to this guy letting him know that I was aware of his attempted fraudulent transactions and at that time he reversed one transaction immediately. The card company was able to catch and decline the other online fraudulent transaction. Thank goodness I have Life Lock they also intervened the transactions. It's sad, you can't trust some people.
