want to clarify that I do not have any concerns with the storage facility itself or its condition…read more My concern is with the pricing practices. After only four months, my monthly rate increased from $128 to $152, which includes the mandatory $16 monthly insurance fee. This increase came without any notification. I was informed that this increase was due to "occupancy and town rates" and that rate adjustments can occur at any time, without a set schedule or limit. That policy creates uncertainty for customers. I have not encountered rate increases so quickly or without advance transparency regarding potential adjustments. Moving to another unit or facility immediately is ludicrous. It cost $800.00 to have my belongings moved in, who can afford to continue to move around? There is so much wrong with this practice.

The last rate increase happened while they were doing move in for $50.00 on ANY UNIT. When I complained about the rent hike they said the $50 was move in only for the first 3 months and after that certain units will GO UP. Not pleased on how I was treated by the new management when I have been a good tenant. Just wanted to share my experience with parents and students that are looking to rent a storage unit.

I came in and spoke with them asking why I was being charged a late fee and why didn't they give me a call first. I pay my bills always on time. I had recieved a new card in the mail and wasn't aware the old one wasn't working on their system. No one called me, email, or anything. Apparently starting March they did a rental increase that they never told me about when I got a unit there that it'd ever increase. Never was notified by mail, email, or phone. I went into the office today the lady who's apparently assistant manager told me that they have no manager at that location and no one could give me a call. Don't make a bad decision like I did using this place I trusted!

Typical for this company, in past 11/2 yrs. this has been level of service I have received. Last summer there was a dead rat, in the sun, that was there for several days. I was notified last year that my rate was increasing after I spoke to someone if problems I was having.
