I requested that the Refrigerant line and drain line run parallel, so I could encapsulate them with solid plastic drain gutter, being that I expressed my concerns about any moisture under our Pier and Beam home.
Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either.
The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system.

Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation.
Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line.
For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!
