I closed the water shut off valve at the water meter, and I no longer had water at my home. I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day. The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. I was very happy to get my water back.

My experience with Soto Roofing was one of the best I've ever had with a home repair. My roof was…read morereplaced by the previous owner in 2021, however, they didn't get a WPI-9 to qualify for TWIA coverage and when I had the roof inspected they had cut corners that did not meet the requirements. I was afraid that nothing short of a total roof replacement would be adequate, but the inspector referred me to Soto Roofing. The owner Carlos Soto came out the same day to give me a quote. Carlos meticulously inspected the roof and gave me a detailed explanation of the things the previous roofer had done to cut corners and why these things did not meet the TWIA standards. Despite the extensive work that needed to be done, Carlos gave me a very reasonable quote and had a crew at my house the next morning to start the 2-day job. Carlos remained in contact throughout to update me on progress and came out to inspect the work and did a few more minor things personally before approving the job as done. The amount of time, effort and personal attention I received from Carlos and his crew far exceeded my expectations, especially for the fee he charged. If you live in Brazoria or any other coastal county and believe that you can't get a roof repair approved for WPi-9 post construction, I encourage you to call Soto Roofing before you throw in the towel on getting your home protected.

After they completed a very sloppy job. My system proced 50% less than before. I called and they came back out several times and could not figure out why. After the last time they came out the system didn't work at all! They were suppose to get an adapter and come back out. Never came or called. I paid solar company out of Houston to come check my system out. With in 15 minutes they had my system working. There were two wire that were wired wrong and the on/off switch was reversed. They then inspected the panel installation. There were several panels that were not even anchored down, wires wre not clipped to the back of the panels to keep them off the roof, numerous panel were not anchored properly, the rails were not installed properly, and one panel wasn't even plugged in. The company from Houston, removed all the panels and corrected the improper installation. BOTTOM LINE: THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS! THEY TALK A BIG STORY BUT ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE JUST DON'T CARE!!! I would not let this company even change a light bulb
