They told us everything they were going to do before they did it. They stayed on schedule and actually came in under budget. Very easy to work with. We had several change orders during the process and they handled them all well. They stand behind their work and didn't send the final invoice until we were completely satisfied with all work they had done. I highly recommend them. They work hard, do a great job, and stand behind their work. All at a fair price. They went above and beyond, helping my wife and I do some heavy tasks around our property without being asked and without charging. They saw I had a bad back and my wife couldn't do it, so they stepped in and helped us in our time of need. They also have a network of contractors they can refer you to in case there is something they can't do. Great folks to work with!

I called and was told dispatch would call me right away with an appointment (mind you, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend another hot sleepless night.) After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable. Don't believe their stupid commercial talking about "we're not comfortable until you are." I'm sure they are going to dun me for more money tomorrow to fix what they failed to fix today.
