Immediately after the repair, the unit began leaking a significant amount of water from the air handler that it had never leaked before. They came out and blew out the primary drain but the problem persists. We've contacted the company multiple times over the past several weeks asking them to come back and inspect their work, but they have repeatedly failed to do so. This is the 1 star review I will be leaving for the ac company At this point, we're left with a bucket collecting water every day while waiting for someone to honor their repair. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to stand behind your work and leaving a customer with an unresolved issue is unacceptable. They have consistently been dodging our calls and requests for them to come remedy this issue. I can't recommend a company that won't return to address a problem that started immediately after their own repair.

Last evening, the ac stopped cooling; the fan was running but the compressor would not come on. I read about York AC online and was impressed by the reviews. Today, a Saturday BTW, we called and they kindly agreed to send someone to look at our system. Early afternoon, a wonderful tech named Brad worked us into his busy day and came out to see what was wrong. In just a few minutes, he found that two terminals had burned out in the compressor. He replaced those and our home is now cool again. This is an honest and upright company, and they have our business for life. I closed the water shut off valve at the water meter, and I no longer had water at my home. I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day. The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. I was very happy to get my water back.
