I had already received quotes from other companies, which were exorbitant,even with photos of what needed to be done. The current conditions in the world don't even warrant the extreme cost, I was almost resigned to having to complete it myself. Zach went by the house and worked up an estimate for everything I needed to have done. Emptying the attic, Pressure washing the house, porch, and driveway. I do need to mention this house is Historic, built in 1879, almost all areas of the yard and house are original. When cleaning these types of buildings there are certain risks that must be weighed. I can honestly say none of the typical issues that are to be expected happened, if they did it was incredibly minor. After the completion of the job, the house looked spectacular, I could not be happier with the results of Grimebusters work. They even helped me with an extra task; I found the rodents nesting area in the attic and Zach helped remove the materials. Well worth the extra cost. Don't worry I did the precautionary disinfection before removal. They stayed on quote and took care not to harm anything other than the Grime.

Brian was able to fix and repair my issue within a hour and one thing I want to add is that Brian noticed that we had holes around our chimney that could be a possible issue so he took it upon himself to seal off the holes and he honestly didn't have to do that but that just goes to show his good character.
