But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

Our electricity suddenly shut off. We tried the breakers, but nothing would bring the electricity…read moreback on. The following morning, I searched the internet for local electricians in North Bend. I called several companies and left voicemails. Finally, the first company/person to answer their phone was George of Brookside Electric, North Bend. I explained what happened the night before as well as other electrical issues leading up to the final shut down. Over the phone, based on my explanation, George stated what the issue could possibly be. However, he'd have to come out and assess the situation. George came over that same evening! Unfortunately, the fuse box/panel would have to be replaced:( Thankfully, within a couple days, George and crew were able to replace the fuse box/panel and we had electricity again!!! After further discussing, with George, the prior events leading the shut-off; I asked George if he would consider sharing his assessment and knowledge of the situation to our insurance company (as we also were in the process of working thru a tree having fallen on house...). Upon George speaking with insurance company, they reimbursed us the FULL cost of the electric repair. THANK YOU GEORGE and Brookside Electric for your prompt, trustworthy and professional work! I hired them and they completed the wiring and panel update but a little over a year later I started having intermittent flickering lights all around my house, I called them and they sent a tech out but the issue persisted over the next 3 months. The 3rd electrician that came out was Jon, he found the loose wire and fixed the issue under warranty with no issues. He told me my meter was outdated as the requirements changed about a year ago but it's not something I need to replace right now so he waited for a tech to come out so he could explain what needs to be replaced and I could get a quote without any confusion.
