As an art teacher and artist, I am completely obsessed with this spot! Located in the Tucson Mall,…read morethe Catalyst Collective is a 14,k square foot creative collaborative space, offering opportunities for visual, musical, and culinary artist activities. The space is industrial with unique design touches and beautiful, bright hanging artworks. It would be an ideal spot to practice any artistic endeavor, Their music area is SO creative and inviting and their teaching kitchen is gorgeous! Plus, they have a stage for community performances. I didn't want to leave and I'm considering volunteering. I highly recommend Catalyst! You can do so much, take classes, enjoy events (some free!) or rent out the space!Stop by and check out the little treasure in Tucson Mall!

The main floor/lobby area has a small stage which is great for small art sessions, a commercial kitchen classroom, multipurpose classrooms and AV equipment. They also have some really cool art pieces all around their spaces. Even the bathroom stalls have art pieces. This space also host several events and classes such as Drum circle, cooking classes, calligraphy, paint and sip parties and more. I will definitely be coming back for some of their classes/workshops.

You can totally adapt venue with any theme you have in mind. Nice open space. The only thing I noticed was one restroom which can be a problem. I didn't really do a total walk through to check out space in back. So all I can hope is there is another one. Definitely look into this space, start looking at food vendors, go talk with Barrio brewery about craft beers, and go throw yourself a great get-together!

They have everything you can think of from A/V Equipment is heavy, Hi-Speed Internet,, power point/hdmi connectors, TVs, projector screens, a PA system, furniture and more. There isn't a detail that gets missed. And most importantly, working with Erin (Marketing/Events Manager) is a true joy! She treats your event just as her own. She's incredibly knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic and one thousand percent committed to making your event perfect! If you're searching for a venue for anything from a wedding reception to corporate event, workshop, etc. Railyard fits the bill! I worked with Erin on a special event and the entire process was fun and stress free. In addition to be a venue, Rail Yard also offers smaller meeting spaces that fit individual needs to small groups. You can rent for the day or lease a workspace from them. Everything is top quality and really beautiful. They also a have a kitchen with coffee and snacks! If I was going to rent an office space, I'd absolutely have one here! It's a beautiful setting with lovely people!

I've been happy too with Common's efforts to keep the space safe during the pandemic by limiting the number of desks available, making masks and hand sanitizer available. My only complaint is that the cold brew coffee keg never seems to work. I make up for it by drinking a beer.

Common Workspace is pretty awesome…read more First, it's a really pleasant work environment. It's super clean and the minimalistic interior design is both aesthetically pleasing and encourages productivity. The windows allow for natural light, which we all know the benefits of natural light - Vitamin D boost, wards off depression and sometimes cancer. You might think I made this ish up, but a clean, well-lit space is super important to me. Second, the people are nice. Not "I'm-trying-to-sell-you-a-space-so-I'm-going-to-be-nice" nice, but truly authentic people. People who are genuinely interested in helping you with whatever your needs are. No space for meanies in Common. They're also socially responsible human beings. They're very conscientious about handling the COVID-19 situation and they prioritize people's safety first. Third, the location is right in the heart of Downtown and right next to the Main Library and the Jacome Plaza and if I have to tell you how conveniently awesome that is, then you've never been Downtown. It's an easy walk to your morning coffee, afternoon lunch spot, and your after hours pub.

My friend recommended the L offices North so I booked a tour. Loved the little extras. Virtual Golf driving range, small gym, printer/copy room, kitchen, podcast room, meeting rooms, and more. I was considering a virtual office but selected a private office instead. I know it's going to be a great fit after meeting some of the other professionals who use the L Offices. Great for networking. Errin and Tom were both amazing, friendly and professional, during the tour making sure that they showed me all the amenities and spaces that might benefit my work. Errin really made sure I was taken care even though she was busy coordinate the large event and the catering needs. Multitasking is an art and she appeared to be the goat. Very impressed with the L offices. Looking forward to setting up my new office space.
