The lady working up front was very friendly. She even designed some of the jewelry that is currently showcased! Most of the paintings/pottery/ jewelry/etc. is influenced by the Southwest. The space is not large, but it was big enough to handle the small crowd that turned out for this event. The gallery highlighted…read moreJay although photographs of other legends such as Ansel Adams and Steve McCury were on display. Arriving a couple hours before the exhibit began, it was pleasure talking photography with Jay who in my opinion, belongs on the Mt Rushmore of photography. It was super cool discussing the stories behind some of his photographs. Most photographs shown were western themed, although I absolutely love his black and white landscapes. The event began in at 7. As we arrived, fashionably late at 730, a couple hundred people were already inside floating around the gallery and outside listening to the Dusty Ramblers (who were electric). The gallery was beautiful and the night was a ton of fun. I plan on coming again soon.
