I let her know what I wanted a balyage she gave me like 90s foil big straight chunks mind you I never had my hair bleached so I have no clue if she was doing it right. Once she took my foils off she washed my hair and got me all wet like my dress was soaked to the point my underwear was soaked too but she apologized said that they put in new washing stations and she never used this kind of leaning bowl. The haircut..I asked for a lob and got a very straight bob. So all in all I looked like I came out of a 90s movie looked like Chukys sister! Terrible all in all experience!
