Passenger side floor mat in our 2014 Forester kept moving forward in the foot well. Driver's side has hooks from under the seat to prevent this, because of the safety issue with a mat fouling the pedals. Decided to purchase a pair and see if they could be adapted to the passenger side. Looked online and found a set for a decent price from Subaru Parts Pros. They shipped quickly. Found that the passenger side had holes that would work, with just a minor cut of the cloth floor mat. So no drilling, just punch a couple of holes in the passenger side mat. In less than 10 minutes, the passenger mat is as secure as the driver side. Will definitely keep this company on file for when I need items for the Forester. read more

Highly recommend you look elsewhere to buy Subaru parts online. I attempted to order two complete sets of replacement wiper blades. I received the sets, but they included 2 incorrect passenger side blades for my vehicle. E-mailed (you really cannot speak with anyone) and I had delayed replies. I sent photos and they said they would replace. I got a return label and a confirmation number for the replacements. I received two more driver side wiper blades and not the correct passenger side. I sent the incorrect blades and the incorrect replacements back and asked for a refund. I don't have this much time to mess around with trying to get the item I ordered. Good communication when I had a question and reasonably fast delivery to Canada. And the prices were good compared to other sources. My only complaint is the cost of shipping. I have had tons of things shipped from the US and for a pretty light package, the shipping cost were a lot more than UPS would have actually charged. Putting an upcharge on top of the shipping from UPS is not cool. read more

Ordered tpms sensors for my legacy, and received mud flaps for an outback. There was also no packing slip for the order. I contacted them via email, and called multiple times over two days and got no answer from anyone. I finally get an email back almost at the end of the day Friday, and respond with a picture of the mud flaps. I have expressed how urgent it was to receive these parts as I needed them in a week, and they're communication is abysmal. I do not recommend them as their communication is almost nonexistent, and they make little effort to amend their mistake. read more

Terrible customer service. It takes a couple days to hear back from them via email. I tired ordering cross bars from them. They did not provide me with a tracking number and shipping took over a week. Then when I got my shipment, they sent me the wrong item, a $50 sun dash shade that I did not want. They told me to send it back to them and they would refund me. I sent the item they shipped to me back with a return label they provided and have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them 4 days in a row asking for my refund and they have yet to respond to me. Now I am basically out $150 and I did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered a cargo cover for my 2007 Forester. The shipment arrived quickly, but the box was quite beaten up. I noticed that there was no packing material inside to cushion the item, and indeed the metal housing of the cover was dented. "Lousy packing job for something that is to be shipped cross-country," I thought. But I also noticed something else; on the outside of the box someone had printed in ballpoint pen the address of Subaru Parts Pros with the notation "Attn: Returns" and included an order number that was not mine. I could see the remains of another shipping label that had been torn off. It looks to me as if some other customer had sent the thing back (maybe because it was dented?) and someone at the parts company simply slapped on a new label and shipped it off to me. At any rate it's a sloppy way of doing business. I have already emailed the sales department. Judging from some of the other reviews (which I confess I should have looked at before placing an order) I will probably not get a timely answer. Because the functionality of the cover has not been affected (it works fine and when installed the dent is barely noticeable) I won't bother to return it, but I have requested a refund of the pricey freight charge.
