Passenger side floor mat in our 2014 Forester kept moving forward in the foot well. Driver's side has hooks from under the seat to prevent this, because of the safety issue with a mat fouling the pedals. Decided to purchase a pair and see if they could be adapted to the passenger side. Looked online and found a set for a decent price from Subaru Parts Pros. They shipped quickly. Found that the passenger side had holes that would work, with just a minor cut of the cloth floor mat. So no drilling, just punch a couple of holes in the passenger side mat. In less than 10 minutes, the passenger mat is as secure as the driver side. Will definitely keep this company on file for when I need items for the Forester. read more

I started an order and entered my credit card information. No shipping costs were shown. When I submitted the order. I was charged nearly 20 dollars in shipping, and had no way to remediate the issue. There is no publicly available phone number. When I called the number I could find, they said there was no way to remediate the issue. Even a live chat would have been sufficient. This is a terrible way to do business. read more

Ordered touch-up paint and paid thru Amazon Pay. Subaru Parts Pro charged credit card $32.97 and never received paint. Tried multiply times to contact them with no response. read more

Not worth the trouble. $20 to ship an axle nut and an output seal? The parts are less than the shipping cost. They shipped the bear items with no identifying labels or packaging, both in the same plastic shipping bag. They both arrived damaged. the seal was damaged from the axle nut tumbling around in the bag with it and the axle nut's threads were dimpled from being tossed around in a plastic bag during shipping. Now my repairs for my vehicle are being delayed because it's taking so long for their custom service to respond to their contact is link and customer service email. The contact information they provide on the order confirmation email is not correct and if anything obvious misinformation they are swear of. Huge waist of time and effort. read more

NOPE! Got very excited about the prices... then, $16 to ship three wiper blades. Puts the cost right at, or above the Subaru Dealer. NOT a good deal. Great that they have the parts, but ridiculous to think this is a good deal. read more

The price was good. The transaction and shipping were fast. The item was blemished. Looked like I got a used one. read more

I ordered a real OEM Subaru cargo net for the trunk of my STi. Arrived on time and it's a great product at a fair price. Were there cheaper aftermarket nets? Sure, but the quality of construction on this one is fantastic. Spend a little more, buy once, no regrets. read more

Original parts shipped promptly for a perfect fit! I wanted wipers for my 2019 Crosstrek, but received the wrong parts from another retailer (major online name at that!). Subaru Parts Pros got it right the first time. Definitely recommended!! read more

I was very happy with my purchase from Subaru Parts Pros! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Very slow parts department, clearly very inefficient but not the staff fault, no register or computer at parts window, have to leave customer to go to another computer to cash out without you there, this is really wrong, big dealership I'd think twice about getting anything there read more

Highly recommend you look elsewhere to buy Subaru parts online. I attempted to order two complete sets of replacement wiper blades. I received the sets, but they included 2 incorrect passenger side blades for my vehicle. E-mailed (you really cannot speak with anyone) and I had delayed replies. I sent photos and they said they would replace. I got a return label and a confirmation number for the replacements. I received two more driver side wiper blades and not the correct passenger side. I sent the incorrect blades and the incorrect replacements back and asked for a refund. I don't have this much time to mess around with trying to get the item I ordered. The individual I worked with was kind. read more

I needed new floor mats for my 2011 Subaru Legacy and I thought I was just going to have to settle for some generic ones. I ordered parts, over $1000, they didn't have one major part in stocks but didn't let me know that. Then when the part was received by them, was damaged, again they didn't notify me of the status. They took the money from my account during all of this without shipping anything to me. Then when I requested a full refund of my money, well its been 11 days, still have not received my refund. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!! read more

Good communication when I had a question and reasonably fast delivery to Canada. And the prices were good compared to other sources. My only complaint is the cost of shipping. I have had tons of things shipped from the US and for a pretty light package, the shipping cost were a lot more than UPS would have actually charged. Putting an upcharge on top of the shipping from UPS is not cool. read more

As of right now, I cannot leave a positive review. I received one of two window blinds in a busted box last week. Took the box to UPS and they said I needed a return label from the business I purchased from. I have reached out twice to Subaru Parts Pro, no response. read more

I had ordered a remote starter from Subaru parts pros and after taking it to the dealership to install, they had told me it was defective and would not work after 2 days of diagnosing and calling Subaru help tech to determine why it won't start. Ordered tpms sensors for my legacy, and received mud flaps for an outback. There was also no packing slip for the order. I contacted them via email, and called multiple times over two days and got no answer from anyone. I finally get an email back almost at the end of the day Friday, and respond with a picture of the mud flaps. I have expressed how urgent it was to receive these parts as I needed them in a week, and they're communication is abysmal. I do not recommend them as their communication is almost nonexistent, and they make little effort to amend their mistake. read more

I wish there was a negative rating, I placed an order for new speakers on 2/18/23 and my card was charged 2 days later... still have not received my product and when I check the status it says in progress. Terrible customer service. It takes a couple days to hear back from them via email. I tired ordering cross bars from them. They did not provide me with a tracking number and shipping took over a week. Then when I got my shipment, they sent me the wrong item, a $50 sun dash shade that I did not want. They told me to send it back to them and they would refund me. I sent the item they shipped to me back with a return label they provided and have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them 4 days in a row asking for my refund and they have yet to respond to me. Now I am basically out $150 and I did not receive the item I ordered. Will defiently never order from here again. read more

I ordered a cargo cover for my 2007 Forester. The shipment arrived quickly, but the box was quite beaten up. I noticed that there was no packing material inside to cushion the item, and indeed the metal housing of the cover was dented. "Lousy packing job for something that is to be shipped cross-country," I thought. But I also noticed something else; on the outside of the box someone had printed in ballpoint pen the address of Subaru Parts Pros with the notation "Attn: Returns" and included an order number that was not mine. I could see the remains of another shipping label that had been torn off. It looks to me as if some other customer had sent the thing back (maybe because it was dented?) and someone at the parts company simply slapped on a new label and shipped it off to me. At any rate it's a sloppy way of doing business. I have already emailed the sales department. Judging from some of the other reviews (which I confess I should have looked at before placing an order) I will probably not get a timely answer. Because the functionality of the cover has not been affected (it works fine and when installed the dent is barely noticeable) I won't bother to return it, but I have requested a refund of the pricey freight charge. We'll see. read more

Awesome product. Fits perfect in the trunk of my 2020 Subaru Sti. Cheaper than other stores and free shipping. Shipping was fast too.

I ordered a roof rack from this entity. There was no response. no verification of purchase in an email. I questioned my sanity and whether I had actually ordered the part. It was some passive consumer gaslighting. The part finally came MONTHS LATER. I did not need this anymore. Pad $90 to return this part. They did refund my money, but I ate the return cost. Terrible business read more

I ordered a hood protector for 2019 Forester. Package arrived fine, but part was defective from the manufacturer. Have tried for weeks to facilitate a return/exchange, but the company does not return emails, and the listed phone number is never answered (have tried several times throughout business hours) and does not allow leaving a voicemail. Have emailed my contact info with order number, etc., several times with no response. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more
