Sub Zero is a very confusing title for this business, or it is in the way it's laid out in the hoarding, (you can check it for yourself in the pictures I've uploaded). As you will see, they have written Sub, followed by a numerical zero, with 100 written in the middle, then ended with the word zero... heh!?! Anyway, to cut straight through the confusion, here's my take on it....
I reckon that the 100 has nothing to do with the street number of the business, which was my original summation... instead, I think it has more to do with the amount of items on the menu... there's one hundred different kinds of subs, ice creams and cakes available at the fast food eatery... and, as an aside, I think that's what inspired the name... you know, the subs... geddit! Moving on... I think the 0 numeral accompanied by the word zero is just simply a case of over-egging the pudding, or perhaps both have been used for clarities sake? Yeah right...! Or, have they done it just in case any of their customers are dyslexic? Or numerically challenged? But then why use so many digits in the first place...?
Wow, all this thinking makes you hungry! Sub anyone?
By the way: they have seating for those that want to eat in... There's approximately 12 chairs, 4 tables, one sofa, plenty of silverware, and 246 toothpicks... read more
