Absolutely delicious subs! Great bursts of flavor... there is just too many things to choose from! You start out picking your meat for the sandwich. We got one bbq steak and chicken, and one steak and pastrami. They throw the meat right on the grill and cook it in front of you. They have such a variety of sauces and you can pick if you want it mixed in with the meat, on top of the sandwich, or on the side. You can also opt to do a 'bomb' sandwich (which we did for both of our subs). It adds green pepper, onion, bacon bits, and mushroom. It is a must!!!!!!!!! You can pick white or wheat sub. they sub rolls were so soft and fresh tasting. You can choose to have salt/pepper, cheese, oil/vinegar, mayo, lettuce and tomato. Definitely get some melted cheese on top, i would skip cold toppings if you're having a hot sandwich. Get some ranch on the side to dip! Every bite was phenomenal! the meat had so much flavor and paired great with the soft roll and melted cheese. I want to return for one of their puddings in the refrigerator (cookies and cream or banana) Keep in mind it can get a little salty with all the meats, cheese, and sauces. Hello, how are you ? I want to know how can I get a hold of a manager , the service I received today was horrible. The place closes at 8pm an employees were treating customers very bad around 7:20pm Aug 5th 2023 and one of the guys told the employees come on guy by 7:30pm. He was yelling at all of us the lady was taking people's order that were behind me because I wasn't ready when I was in line before others. Not only that the guy put crates by the register so no one can go in and said we're only taking order from this point but hurry up. They treat people very bad not even an animal treat people like that. This place has went downhill. I am so disappointed with this place they have truly gone downhill. I came here for a burger sub and when the food was placed on the bread it looked really greasy and soggy, I get home with the sub and just like I thought the bread was completely soggy and falling apart and to my shock the meat wasn't even cooked all the way through. I was completely disgusted. I called them and needless to say the service on the call was exactly like the food horrible. The guy asked me if I wanted to bring it back so they could put it back on the grill for a few minutes, I was so confused by that request I told him that was not happening and he said just come back and we'll make you another one. I go back there and show them and they looked at me like it was a normal thing and just took the bag and threw it away, as the new meat was being put on the grill I had to stand there and tell him how to properly cook it. Still has an issue answering the phone. Staff known to not answer phones on purpose. Limited ordering capabilities on delivery apps. It would help if the staff would answer the phone for to-go orders at least. Guaranteed if you show up there after multiple phone call attempts, you'll witness plenty of young staff members not answering the phones deliberately. This sub shop has it going on! Skipped breakfast today and time was ticking into lunch time. Decided I wanted something filling and bae had the great idea for a sub. We came straight here as we hadn't been in years and always remembered never had a complaint. Shop is cute and simple and still has enough space for a table and counter top seating if you choose to dine in. They have the menu listed on the wall and a side fridge holding different beverages, juices, and even cake slices. There's also a smaller menu stating they now serve breakfast and other items like chicken wings and fries that aren't listed on the main board. We were lucky as no other customers were there besides the ones already eating. We both ordered a steak bomb which is just basically a steak sub with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. You can add whatever condiments you like and veggies like lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapenos etc. They grill it right in front of you and let's not forget the cheese. I had American, he had swiss. Before wrapping our subs to go they ask if you'd like to top it off with salt n pepper or oil and vinegar. I opted to just leave my sub as is, he like his with a sprinkle of the salt n pepper. The subs smelled so good and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. We got home and devoured it, no shame! Got a steak sub with bacon, lettuce, and pickles, everything about the sub was horrible, the steak was not chopped up and was tough AND burnt, the pickles tasted weird and sweet, the cheese was not melted. This place is waaaayyyy better than Hoagie Bear down the street! I'm a huge fan of their grilled chicken salad. Before my mom passed away, she was a huge fan too and was able to take her last trip with me to this place here before she was bed ridden and passed away. The subs at this place are delicious!! I frequent this shopping center a lot and always stop by here. They have a huge selection and they serve breakfast as well. I usually get a chicken sub of a chicken sandwich. The fries are made to order and so is all the meat and poultry. So everything is always extremely fresh. This is great! Location not the best, but sandwiches are flavorful and great price. Everything is fresh, and it was very clean. The only negative thing is that there is barely any seats. There is one table with two chairs, and a few barstools. Outside has three tables but one chair at each. Disgusting. Nobody asked you to load my sandwich up with completely inappropriate spices. I specifically asked for my philly cheesesteak plain with cheese and mayo. The meat was covered in some kind of cuban or latin spices that weren't mentioned on the menu. I'm not anti latin spices but I didn't come in for taco meat and that's what they made me a taco meat flavored steak sandwich. Cheese is also not melted, just cold slices of cheese cooling down hot meat. For me it was gross. Don't order for pick up. Walked in and my food was ready on the counter. The lady at the register acknowledged my presence and I told her I was there to pick up.
