The owner, Aristeo and his wife are super nice. The prices are on point and the selection is great. This place is very hipster, with a cool retro feel and I was really digging it. There are a few places here in the strip of stores that are some hipster type places to check out and buy Art, soaps, and essentials oils. Downtown Tyler is really starting to feel more like the kinda place to just go hang out, shop, or grab a bite. Can't wait for the Food Truck area coming soon. I will for sure return to this store.

We observed them greet,help and say have a good good day to numerous others. One staff had to pass over me and did not even say excuse me. At one point I was interested in purchasing an auction figure from the case however no one seemed interested in the sale.This encounter was not welcoming. Wish I could select zero stars. I searched around and got…read moreprices from a number of vendors to restore my seat belts. I know exactly what I have and when getting a quote over the phone I make no mistake on what needs to be done. Ssnake-Oyl is selling exactly that... Snake Oil. They gave me a VERY specific quote over the phone of $765 to re-web the belts and they do NOT have sleeves for the front bucket seats. Everyone else does. I was also told they did not have, and could not get other parts if needed like GM buckle covers...really. I can get them why can't they?. I had all my vinyl covers restored to perfection. Carefully packaged everything. All separately padded so they would not shift around or rub and shipped it to Ssnake-Oyl for a quote. It came back a whopping $1341.95. $240 was to re-chrome the ends and the buckles which they said would be "Black" What? Chrome is not black. Just to re-web was $300 more than the phone quote. I called and spoke with Mary M. She said I must have been mistaken on the phone quote. I was not, I wrote it down. Then she said the person I spoke to was quoting numbers from years ago...really?!? Was I born under a rock yesterday? She also said my retractor covers are missing a door on each... they are not missing! For the front bucket sleeves, which they don't have, she said she would leave them off. Which would cause the buckles to just fall on the floor...unacceptable. I told her I would order some and send them. Guess she didn't care. She was rude and condescending. I asked to have them shipped back which I had to pay $23 for. They just dumped all my belts, retractors and covers in to a flimsy box. Threw in a couple of handfulls of packing peanuts. They arrived all jumbled up. All my restored vinyl is all scratched up and one piece is broken. Obviously they don't care about you or your belts. They just want one thousand dollars to sew some new webbing. Probably $20 - 30 dollars in webbing and thread and call it a half a day of work...if that. RIP OFF!!! I can buy all new belts that look close to factory including new retractors for about one third of that price. I was willing to pay more to have factory original. Going to try a different vendor that already sent me a quote through email to reweb and they are giving me free sleeves for the front bucket belts.

The rep came the day after I called and said he was the owner and took the measurement for both. We were quoted a price and asked for a 50% deposit upfront. We were told that the awnings would take about 2 to 3 weeks to deliver, being from 20 March 2024. When we had not heard anything by the 23 of April, I called to inquire about the order. I was told there was no record of the measurements and they would have to come a second time to make them because nothing had been begun on the order. They came the next day and remeasured and once again was told it would take two to three weeks. On the 6th of May I called again to inquire and was told it would be two to three more weeks because they had just gotten the material in. I have never gotten what I feel was an honest response for any conversation I have had with them and there is always one excuse after another and nothing is as what was promised. I notified them I was cancelling my order and would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. GBA said they did not give refunds and I should read my contract about delivery and I would lose my entire deposit. I did read the very simple contract and they need to do the same because they are in violation of their terms. I would never suggest anyone consider asking this company for any product of service because I believe you will be very disappointed.
