I went there for a pedicure it was my first time going and the nail tech was horrible she dug into my toe nails with a cuticle clipper and proceeded to hack off my nails on my big to. when she seen I was very upset she yelled at me " girl need medicine medicine on your toe" embarrassing me in front everyone I told I had a skin condition she got mad at me told me that wasn't the problem. I told her that is what my dermatologist told me she got mad and said am done and walked off on me. then had the nerve to charge me 55!! please don't go here my big toe is still in pain. I will be consulting my doctor first thing Monday morning. read more

I have never taken the time out of my day to write a review, but I am very disappointed. I'm going to be as nice as possible. First, let's point out the cleanliness I'm almost positive the utensils used on me were not sanitary. Secondly, she cut all of my toenails without asking if wanted these cut, trimmed or filed? Like any place would. My toenails going in were very long and now they're super short. Thirdly, my the nail polish was not even coated one correctly meaning there were bubbles& missing spots where there was no polish. Last but not least, I got normal nail polish and a basic pedicure ($27), the older lady asked the younger lady how much was mine & said in another language $35! Before I could say anything she already swiped my card because I didn't know she said $35! I said, "it was a basic pedicure and normal nail polish you said $27 on the phone..." She replied, "it's because I took your ingrowns out." I'm sorry WHAT place charges $8 more to take out ingrowns AND DOESN'T ASK PERMISSION. Needless to say, I will never come back here worst pedicure I've ever had& I recommend you save your money& go to a nicer/CLEAN place! read more

Tina and Emilie are amazing at what they do! So the first time I came to Suave's I didn't have much time but I just badly needed my horrible nail job I got in Orlando filed down and less WAVY. They were so bad, Emilie made me promise that I would come back to see Tina. Well weeks had passed and I had already picked and peeled of those horrible nails and I finally got some time to go back. That was The best decision EVER!!!!! Tina did an amazing set of pink and white ombré coffin nails on these hands AND TO TOP IT OFF when I came back for a fill (almost 6 weeks later, ‍ I know smh) they looked exactly the same except grown out! NO LIFTING, NO BREAKS, NOTHING! Just grown out! I was sooooooooo impressed! When I got them filled, it was the same thing! Just amazing. Fast forward to the grown out fill that I have now. I wish I had taken a picture of them when they were first done. So when I went to get them done I was a walk-in and Tina was busy with another client so (I feel so bad not remembering his name and saying this but he told me to say it when people ask) "the guy" did my nails. I showed him two pictures on Pinterest that I wanted to basically merge to make my nails. WHEN I TELL YALL I WAS SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY WITH MY NAILS I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE IT LOL It was like one of the pictures I see while going through IG. Anyways I had to make sure I wrote this review because the few that I had seen almost deterred me from going to Suaves but I AM SO GLAD THAT I DIDNT! read more

Tina has her underage daughter doing nails, and her daughters argue about money in the salon, in front of customers. Tina is very rude, and she lies about her prices on her wall. Charges 45 dollars for fake nails and a design, when the sign out front and on the wall says 35, and then expects a tip! She asks to be paid in cash, and when you don't, she gets angry with you. She calls you rude names and smacks your hands if they aren't where she wants them to be. read more

I drive about 40 mins to come to this salon when there is multiple ones about 7 mins from my house just because how much I like each experience I have when I come in. A friend referred me to them after they noticed the nail salon I was going to before was not meeting my expectations Not only are they friendly & welcoming but the prices are reasonable & fair. I went here for the first time Friday with my daughter, Anna a non licensed (I found out afterwards) tech did my nails, she couldn't get the gel on right without bubbles, tried three times and finally just stuck me under the machine and my French(white tip line) looked horrible. Had mediocre experiences but kept returning until now. Asked for long narrow acrylics and i got short, wide, thick acrylics. I could deal with it before but now I am extremely unsatisfied and will be finding a new nail salon. Nail lady simply does not listen to what it is that I want. So disappointed. Waste of my money. I came to this place because it was convenient. If you are looking for a nice, soothing, relaxing experience, this is certainly NOT the place. It's basically an express nail shop. My friend and I were thankfully taken as walk-ins for acrylics. When we walked in however, we weren't greeted professionally. I don't know who was in charge, but the girl who greeted us was just lounging in one of the pedicure chairs. They have a limited selection of colors. Once we were seated they just begun immediately. No intro, no nothing. The girl who prepped my nails was EXTREMELY distracted by the television and kept looking back at it. Then this older man took over and put the actual acrylics on. He didn't speak either which was fine by me. Unfortunately, along with the station, his fingernails and hands were dirty which he used to get under my own fingernails. Gross. He went super fast though. The downside to that was he kept getting too close to my cuticles and made me bleed on 3 fingers. Another woman then finished buffing up my nails to prepare for polish. The younger girl came back to polish them and she engaged in some convo which was nice. :) All in all, the destination was good but the journey was ROUGH! The nails feel and look really natural and have stood up to a day at work and I do a LOT of tapping. It was about 35 minutes for $22, solid polish. read more
