He also said he was going to give me a 2 year warranty and that was a lie as well he wrote on the ticket 12 months. Very disappointed with my choice. They told us we had a certain problem, quoted us a price and it would take a couple of days. when we picked it up, it was 3 days later then what they said, and a few extra hundred dollars more without letting us know. Within 24 hours later, the engine light went back on, we contacted them right away, brought it back in, and they told us it was another problem. Once again, they had our car longer than told, and we spent another $1,000. The first time it was almost $1200. when we brought it home once again, the engine light came on, we called them, and they said it was probably a different problem then the last two times they worked on it, within a week time. but we didn't take it back there! The shop we took it to, told us it was only our gas cap, and it costed less than $200!! and we got the car that same day and they took it to the emissions place and it passed. Let alone the price difference, the time difference, and they went to get the emissions test done and passed it for us, was absolutely wonderful! The place we took our car was Car Care. and they were wonderful!! i feel like I wasted so much money and I had to cancel so many different appointments when I brought it to Pit Shop. we won't be going back!
