The frames they delivered did not go with the beds! Unbeknownst to us, because my husband very generously tipped the delivery guys to assemble the beds, they did an awful job and ruined the beds. To compensate for the wrong frame, they used a very tiny screw to hold the beds to the frame. I went to the store and was told to call customer service. I've called and left messages but of course no one has returned my calls. My husband is ready to throw the beds in their parking lot and have them deal with disposal. We also purchased two slipcovered sofas and had some problems with those but of course they no longer carry that brand. We will never shop there again.
