They responded promptly and set me up with an appointment, assuring me nobody there was inexperienced I jelled with this guy Jonathan that was just a really cool individual and really knew how to cut hair. I usually do like a little medium feed and keep it high on top, he definitely did a stellar job. For massage, I did a 90 min "attunement" that combines deep tissue, Swedish, and heat/hot stone. Great way to try everything. Treatment rooms are indoor/outdoor and very comfortable. There is a 20% service changer added, most of which goes to the provide and a small part to the other staff. Not a budget spa menu, but if you're staying here you probably don't expect that and it's worth the experience. Highly recommend!
