I've been seeing her now for more than 6 months and only trust her with my lash extensions and brow/lip wax in State College. She is super masterful on lash application and is also super quick. She also stocks some skincare items and I got a great facial cleanser from her!

Would do zero stars if I could. I had scheduled my first ever facial as a start to my vacation and…read morewas extremely excited as I had seen her facial walk through videos on TikTok and Instagram. I was in the shower getting ready when she texted me (at 4:22) stating that she would be ready for me at 5 if I wanted to come earlier as my appointment was scheduled for 5:30. When I didn't answer (cus my phone was on DND) she texted me at 4:46 stating that if she didn't get a response she would cancel my appointment. I saw the message as I was getting dressed and responded at 5:01 explaining how my phone was on DND and that I'm getting dressed to head over. She responded back with a message apologizing and saying she had ASSUMED I was a no show and cancelled my appointment so we'd need to reschedule. Mind you it's only 5:02 at this point and once again my appointment was scheduled for 5:30. How unprofessional to assume someone is a no show half an hour before their appointment when I even confirmed my appointment via the link sent to me earlier that week. Starting my vacation in tears as I was looking forward to my first ever facial. Edit: she texted me at 5:22 saying that she gets a lot of fake appointments through TikTok so she assumed mine was a fabricated appointment when I didn't respond to the text. Lol this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way so yeah I'm leaving a bad review as part of business is professionalism and maintaining clientele. I would have been a very loyal client had I liked my facial as I am on a skincare/healing my skin journey. No discount of any kind will ever make me want to give her my business.

I don't understand why this place has such a low rating. It is lovely, not in a downtown location,…read moreit has a nice welcoming aesthetic and the stylists are super friendly. I had Luke for my stylist and he did exactly what I wanted. Not only was he a great conversationalist but he was very technical. As for the other stylists they were very nice and did beautiful work while I was there. I would feel comfortable having any of the stylists I saw today work with my hair. I also want to say that there is free coffee and water when you walk in. Well worth the price and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I've tried hairstylists at both ends of the price spectrum and have ended up feeling disappointed. Jess started with a consultation and then washed my hair in preparation for my cut. Can you believe I went to a pricier place in town and they skipped this step?! Sheesh, it's like part of the whole haircutting experience. (I'm sure there is a technical reason for this step too.) My hair was cut in about 20-25 mins. and she spent about another 15 mins. styling it for me. I thought she did an excellent job and appreciated that she listened to my concerns about using the razor (scissors). All in all, I got a great cut at a reasonable price ($40) and time! Although Jess seems young, she is confident and skilled. I noticed that she was very meticulous about how she did everything. That made me feel like she cared about her work and has high standards. By the way, they just started a new referral program where you and a new client referral can each get 15% your next haircut with the same stylist. Ask about the referral card when you go or check around to see if any of your friends have one to give you. There is a parking lot and the decor was very nice with a day spa feel. Now if only they offered massage services there too....

During my recent (and first) pregnancy I struggled a lot with back pain and a visit to a…read morechiropractor was recommended, so I got a referral to see Dr Sebora. She sees lots of pregnant patients and my doula suggested her. Dr Sebora was awesome, and definitely helped with some back pain but I was a little financially limited on how often I could go in. Chiropractic care generally suggest going in regularly at an interval recommended by your chiropractor for the best results, and I do believe their adjustments work best when done regularly. For me though Dr Sebora wanted me in twice a week but the copay for me for that would've been too much, especially given I was about to have a baby and had no clue how much all of that would cost! I think I ended up going in once a week for a handful of weeks and did as much as I could. She did provide some stretches for me to do at home and those helped as well. The office was always clean and everyone was nice but I did feel like the financial aspect wasn't their strong suit. For me, my copay was $50 per visit which might be more reasonable for someone belt pregnant and finishing graduate school. I just wish the receptionists I spoke with about scheduling weren't as pushy/judgy about not coming in as frequently as Dr Sebora recommended. Overall a nice place, and it has made me very interesting in future chiropractic care once baby and I are a little more stable for extra outings!
