This place is fine. Expect that the staff will be rude to you. I came in for a gel manicure with an appointment and had to wait 15 minute to be seated. The manicure itself looks mediocre. Color is inconsistent and there are specs of something in it. Would not come here again for a subpar, overpriced manicure. read more

This was a decent pedicure w a great leg massage. Why only 3 stars then? Cuz, every surface needed a good wipe down. "Oh they're really busy in there" you say. I thought that too. Until half way through, 3 manicurist we're sitting in massage chairs and a fourth who had been right outside the door smoking and using the phone strolled in offered vodka to the others. I live in Wareham and travel to this salon and will not go any place else because this place is the best! So many other salons feel like a factory, not this one. Called on a Sunday to ask what time they were open til. Drove half an hour to the salon as there are very limited salons open on Sundays. I walk in and one of the nail techs greeted me. I said I wanted a manicure using the "dip" powder. The woman replied "you have to make an appointment for nails and we are full today." No apology or offer to make an appointment for another day. Terrible customer service. They really ought to let people know that they need an appointment before they drive all the way there. Only awarding them one star because there's no option to give them 0. Don't waste your time going here. read more

I really like this family business. Owned and operated by siblings (and their spouses and significant others). The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. I'm happy with my gel manicures and pedicures, they lasted 10-14 days. Also had full set of gel nails that looked great and they listened when I asked to keep them in the short/natural side. They do get very busy so definitely need an appointment, especially in the summertime. read more

All the reviews are true! I walked in on a Saturday and thy were hopping so I decided to make an appointment for the next day, Sunday (today). Place was super clean, staff was friendly, and super funny. I took my 15 year old with me and they chatted with her too, she loved it. They made us feel like we were regular customers. Called for a mani/pedi late Sunday morning and easily got an appointment for 1pm. We were greeted warmly and taken immediately though we were about 10 minutes early. Willy, the owner, was especially helpful and interpreted for some younger staff. The salon got busier as the time passed and quickly filled with many local regulars. Price for a mani/pedi was $40 which is very reasonable for this area. Even with a smudged nail (my fault) they fixed it quickly and perfectly with no attitude. With so many choices in this area cleanliness, customer service and pricing are valuable to me. We went here the day before my daughter's wedding, last Friday. There were 7 us. I had called ahead and made an appointment and they were ready. We had the salon to ourselves, and everyone was just great. We brought in champagne and cheese and had a great time while getting fabulous manicures and pedicures. It was so fun! read more

This place is decent considering it is like the best place to go in the cape. I have gone here a total of two times I was only here on vacation with my family and the service doesn't equal to the amount they charge to do nails. The guy that did my nails was very rude I was clearly very pregnant and he noticed and he didn't offer to help me get in my chair. Not only that but after my toes were done he also didn't help me remove the fake Slides or the toe dividers they put on you another tech noticed me struggling and came to help. I felt so rushed that I even had to finish cutting the cuticles when I got home. I also came here with my mom and she had tried on different colors on her hands for her pedicure and asked him for some acetone and he gave her such an attitude. I really think most not all but most employees here need to be better trained in customer service. read more

I don't give negative reviews lightly and I certainly wish I didn't have to. My mother-in-law brought me to the salon for a birthday gel mani and spa pedi. Overall the spa pedicure was fine, but nothing too special. I was looking at other services costumers were getting and my employee was certainly not giving me everything the others were getting. She just rubbed lotion on my legs twice while my feet were soaking. Unfortunately it's when I got to the manicure that things really went south. I bite my fingernails (yes, I was embarrassed going to a salon), but as a birthday treat I was given a manicure with the hope that I would maybe stop biting afterwards. A man, who was speaking Vietnamese quietly with his coworkers, did my cuticles and once completed just stood up and walked away. A younger girl came and sat with me. I was friendly and said hello, but didn't inquiry about why they had changed who was doing my nails. Unsolicited, the new employee said to me "He left because he said he would be here until tomorrow if he had to finish your nails haha". Shocked I laughed it off, but was so upset inside. She spent another 10-15 minutes painting my nails and that was that. As a paying customer, especially as a birthday gift (which I had mentioned), I was shocked to be so insulted. Yes I bite my nails, but it isn't because I like it, it's a habit. We paid a lot of money to be insulted, which was not right. I will not be coming back. Perhaps some customer service training would benefit this otherwise average salon. read more

Not only are they phenomenal at what they do but their entire team is always busy and have a steady stream of regulars. I have never had any luck with my nails and Willy introduced me to the powder and it's made all the difference in the world! There is no better place on the cape! I am a frequent customer and have never once seen the shop dirty or empty. They take great pride in how clean and hygienic their shop it. The employees are friendly and funny and have a great relationship with their regulars. The majority of my coworkers go here for their mani/pedis and we have collectively never had a bad experience. One of the better places that I've been on the cape. Though, it could be cleaner. The staff is friendly except for the one skinny guy. He just grumbles a lot and seems to hate his job. I got stuck with him and I felt like I needed to wash my hands the whole time because he smokes and his hands stink, and he doesn't wash his hands. Also, he uses equipment that he doesn't sanitize. I'd cringe if I had him again. Maybe the owners will see this and have him clean his station, his hands, his equipment and make him pretend he likes his job. read more
