I popped into this cute little nail shop after giving them a call. I asked if they had appointments for myself and my little girl. I wanted a deluxe pedicure, and a children's mani/pedi for her. They told us to come in, just after the hour. We were greeted with a smile and hello, told to pick our color. By the time we had chosen, our pedicure tubs were filling up. The instruments that were used on us came out of an autoclave sanitizer or barbicide. They wore gloves and masks, and the salon was overall in very neat condition. Our nail technicians were polite, and catered to our requests. I wanted a French with glitter, and my daughter wanted glitter and flowers on her big toes. Both came out as requested, and I was happy to leave each girl a nice tip. Vet convenient, in and out in an hour, and $75 for the aforementioned services. read more

I'm a local and this the second time I've been to this nail salon for a pedicure. The first visit was average. They were not friendly - all business but the pedicure was fine. This most recent visit, I was reprimanded, twice, for splashing water out of the basin and onto the floor. In addition, the pedicure is subpar. Some nails look like they only have one coat of polish. The people who work here are rude and not at all interested in providing good customer service. There are plenty of good nail salons in the area. Polished Nails & Spa is not one of them. read more

Great experience. Love the family atmosphere and dedication to making sure everyone was having a good time. The owners have a great attitude and enjoy their work. My pedicure was done by the owners son who did a fabulous job. Very nice. I had the deluxe pedicure and it felt delicious. Then I had a gel fill with white tips in gel and here is it a week later and looks like it was just done. The owner told me how the underground piping was an add on under the pedicure chairs so that the water does not turn stagnant therefore no back up and stays fresh and clean for pedicures. I was impressed with his thoughtfulness. The Chairs gave a wonderful massage as they were the latest in technology. Each chair has embroidery with the salon's name. Giving the impression of HIGH END with moderate pricing. I highly recommend this salon. I have always enjoyed being able to have a conversation as well as having my requests heard. read more

Only giving it 3 stars because the younger guys are lovely. The older man who runs the place is extremely disrespectful and abrasive. He was rude to me, another customer and to his employees. Didn't even get a chance to get my nails done because the guy who was about to do my nails yelled at me for looking at the color wall instead of going through the painted nail color samples. I prefer to look at the color wall because I know names of specific polishes and prefer to use only certain brands. The nail color samples don't provide names and brands. Anyway, he treated me pretty bad for doing what is a normal nail salon practice. I do not recommend this place, unless you like to pay money to be treated like crap. read more

Ok, so let me start by saying I am a super picky nail client. I went to this place with a friend, because it was new, and there was one good review. I had a female nail tech who was nice. The salon is decorated nicely, and everything is new. I am not thrilled with my pedicure. A few nails are too short and not filed evenly, the polish doesnt cover the tips of my nails, and the whole process was extremely short, even though it was 9 am with no wait. My friend got a french pedi and her polish was messy, the white was see-thru, and her process was short also. I feel as though when you are opening a new establishment, you should make sure everything is done really well. So unfortunately we won't be returning. read more

Do not go here. I went for a fill on my gel nails. They all turned out jagged and all different sizes. After sitting there for an hour and a half I told the woman I couldn't even fathom to pay for the nails because I had to go to another salon to have them all fixed and to be all the same length. Horrible in every way. Way below average mani and pedi. Would not allow my daughters to sit next to me. Overcharged significantly for my two young daughters(4 and 6). They got little mani/pedis that took 12 mins total. Charged me for full price mani and pedis for both of them. I left paying over $100. I could have written any of the other one star reviews because my experience was so similar. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon to see one other customer. The staff was texting and hanging out. NBD except I felt like I was intruding. Very poor polish selection. Many colors were runny like they had been consistently thinned. On to my pedicure. I, too, asked for my nails to be cut shorter and was told no. Huh? He couldn't cut them shorter but would file them he said. That might be ok in the summer, but as soon as I put boots on, the polish is going to rub off. His attitude was chiding and taciturn. His pedicure was terrible. He didn't want to cut my nails shorter because he said he would cut me which is ironic as it seemed like he cut every toe when doing my cuticles. I didn't even want to look. After spending approximately 2 minutes giving my feet a scrub, and being annoyed that I couldn't keep my leg high up in the air unassisted, I could tell my heels were going to be scratchier than when I arrived. After a 30 second rub, he did a mediocre polish application. Like another reviewer said, nothing applied to the cut part of the nail as with other salons. The best part of this experience was how fast it was. And, $25 for a pedicure is a good price. Unfortunately, I will never go back. I got a French gel manicure there and was told they usually last 2 or so weeks give or take, I'm not on day THREE and they are peeling and chipping (which is crazy because gel is more expensive). I call them and kindly ask again how long it usually lasts, and told them my situation. The guy was extremely rude and told me that nobody ever says their gel polished chips then backed it up saying "well some do but there are thousands of people that go here every week and it never happens" he tried to blame chemicals which is weird because I never mentioned any. I told him I haven't been working with chemicals and then kept telling me it never happens. He was SO rude, I was then told I could come in and pay again with a docked price and he hung up on me. Last week this 'salon' provided the absolute rudest attitude and most abysmal customer service that I have ever experienced - in 25+ years of visiting salons from Europe to Massachusetts to California. The manicurist was incredibly rude and impatient with me, particularly when I showed them that the color I had chosen for my nails was hugely different from the color that was being applied to my nails. No way would I return to this place; the attitude and 'customer service' were disgraceful. Don't waste a penny or a minute on this place! In a word about my experience...underwhelmed. My friend and I went on a Saturday at 5:30pm and we were 2 of 3 customers in the salon. First off, there appeared to be too many nail tech working since the majority of them were sitting in the pedicure chairs. When I went to go pick my nail polish color there was a nail tech who had his head down on the manicure station sleeping. I found the establishment very unprofessional. Also, I found it disconcerting when we went to pay, the woman that rang us up had to ask our nail techs how much to charge us. Their price list says a pedicure is $25 so not sure if they were thinking that we would be dumb enough to pay more. Definitely would not go back! read more

I only get pedicures, never a manicure, but I was surprised to see negative reviews. This place is clean and reasonably priced. I've been here about 5 or 6 times and they always have plenty of staff and are ready to take walk-ins customers. I like the pedicures, they are done thorough and efficient. The staff is friendly and not overly chatty. I wear high heels at work and need to keep up on my pedicures. Since I have been going here, my tights don't snag on my heels and my toe nails never poke through. My nails are always straight and pretty looking. read more

I went here and got a Chellac manicure, on top of that my neice also got a Chellac manicure and my sister got a full set of tips. Unfortunately my chellac all peeled right off the same day. It was a sunday so by the time they had all peeled off Polished was closed for the day. I don't know about all of you but I work during the week...so on Tuesday when I finally had the chance to call they told me that I had to come in the same day if I wanted it fixed and hung up on me. Not the words When it comes to treatment. They were... Nice-ish. Pedi was the worst, one time only deal. My skin felt worst after the pedi than before. My request for short nails due to in-growns was ignored and I had to deal with the in-grown at home 3 days later. My first acrylic fill and shellac was amazing. Loved it, lasted until I needed a fill. Second, third and fourth time was awful. Gel polished chipped and lifted within 3 days, went back and they "fixed" the ones that had lifted only. 3 days later it was gone again. Fourth time I told myself I'd pay attention to what they are doing wrong and turns out they do not put a base coat for the gel polish which is why it peels within a few days. Thought about going back to ask about it but it's kind of obvious that they want to keep busy and do it so people come back sooner than later. Oh, and just so I don't forget. I explained I was doing acrylic because my nails have become very thin and sensitive, the "fourth" guy had to take off one of the acrylics to re-do and ripped off one of my nails. Most painful, traumatic experiences of my life, and I was still charged full price. Stay away from this place and seek reviews for other places you go to. read more
