( I always put it on a prepaid card because it's online) I hadn't loaded it yet so it declined. They refused me service after 2 weeks saying I started my account on the 16th I told them I started on the 24th and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude to me she hung up. I had to email them. Requesting to have a manager call me or to simply cancel my membership. Well about 10 emails later I've yet to receive a phone call from anyone apologizing for the rudeness of the employee, not even in the emails was it ever addressed. They came up with a fake contract saying I electronically signed it and never cancelled my membership back in 2025 therefore they had the wrong information on the fake contract. Once I told them about a lawyer being involved I never heard another word from them again and they got to keep $59.00 for my 3 whole tans that came out orange looking. Terrible service. Terrible place. Never going back. I used to love this place and recommended it to everyone. Now I wouldn't bring my dog there for a cleaning. They will rip you off and make up excuses. The vibe is horrible and the place was always dirty when I walked in. Who ever took it over shame on you! Bring back the good people that actually cared about what people wanted Instead of how much money you can line your pockets with. This place will be shut down in no time if it keeps going like this.

I spent $120 at White Rose yesterday and tipped $30 - for nail polish that's literally lifting off. I've been traveling in a car for the past 4 hours - so no handwashing/lotion...nothing. Just peeling nail polish. I called White Rose and talked to an older lady who offered for me to come in and have them fixed. Unfortunately I'm already at JFK airport to fly home. I asked if they'd sent me a $5/$10 gift card to compensate for the peeling nails (that I could give to a relative in the 607....something to show that White Rose cared) - the older woman said there's no refunds and since they don't have proof of the peeling nail polish, there's nothing they can do Buyer beware - if you're local you may need to make a 2nd trip for peeling nails. Also..a note about the "spa" atmosphere - it's not "spa" like relaxing with soft music playing. It's "spa" in name only. There's wires all over the mani/pedi room fighting for wall/outlet space, the mani chairs are old and beat, the pedi chairs have trays but one of ours was dirt), and you can hear everyone chatting all throughout the building in other rooms...overall it's not relaxing. I was called the night before to confirm the appointment and was advised of their policies at that time. When I arrived the next day, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. She gave me paperwork to complete and offered me a beverage. The spa itself was pretty and appeared clean. They have a lot of different products on display for sale. I was there for a spa pedicure that day and Abbey was my nail tech. I was taken to a pedicure room in the back. I was the only client in there, which was nice for me. I had the room to myself. It was dimly lit and the vibe was relaxing. Abbey was delightful! She showed me the available polishes and took her time to explain the different kinds to me. I was then allowed to soak in silence for about ten minutes. It was great! She really took her time. It was painless and my feet look and feel great. The mask and lotions applied left my skin feeling baby soft. And the top coat she used is pretty incredible. The polish is so shiny! It looks like gel but it isn't. The overall appointment lasted approximately 75 minutes. This cost more than the average strip mall pedi but it is definitely worth it!! This felt luxurious. I look forward to being a regular of Abbey's and also exploring other services offered by White Rose.

Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.
