I'm shocked by the number of five star reviews because my experience was anything but! I walked in…read moreand the gentleman at the register, asks "how may I help you today" kindly but as soon as I said that I have a return, his demeanor changes completely. I asked him if they have any sweaters with a different type of material because I found this one itchy, but he's not really interested. He just tells me "let's just take care of this return first and then we'll see". so he processes my return and says "alright, you're all set", without any intention of following up on the question I had asked earlier. I asked again, "so do you have any other sweaters, with a different type of wool, and he says, "well there's some sweaters on the counter behind you. You can take a look ", without any intention of helping. so, I have to literally ask "what kind of material are those sweaters made of?" now he doesn't know either so he looks up the item on his computer and he tells me that they are indeed a different type of wool. It should not have taken this much effort for my question to be answered. Could he be any less interested in making a sale? At this point he gets a call with a customer, presumably, and stays on this call for 5 minutes. I continue to browse and find a sweater that I quite like and bring it up to the counter to ask him to look up the price and material for me. But he never gets off the call, which isn't entirely his fault. But he could have multitasked and or put the call on hold to help the customer that is actually there in person. But he really just did not seem interested in engaging with me. Where's that stellar bonobos customer service I keep reading about? Not present at the Santana row store on Monday 12/22 at 6pm. Management if you're reading this, that guy needs to be fired. You just lost a loyal customer!

Thank you Yelpers for helping me to find Joseph! He is an incredible image consultant who I felt…read morereally brought out more of me then I thought I had. I hired him to have my colors done since it was something I had been wanting to do for some time. We met for 2 hours and he went through his array of color palates finding the perfect colors for me incorporating my eye color, hair, skin color and texture and my freckles too. It was so much fun for the 2 hour session and in the next week or two I will go back to him to pick up my color palate and have a personal consultation with him on that. I look forward to using him in the future for other image consulting. I really need help with my style and I think he will be the perfect person to bring that out of me. And not only is Joseph a very professional person, he is also a very sweet and gracious man who felt more like a friend to me then a person I hired. And one last add....his rates for his services are VERY reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by that and was expecting to pay double then what I did.

-1 Star for allegedly making an illegal and unsafe (but totally satisfying) U-Turn. Curbside™…read morepickup is convenient for sure and by virtue of your having to let GPS run ALWAYS even when not using the App, it's still convenient -- for Curbside™ workers to know you're inbound anyway. == tl;dr == BEST BUY™ Curbside™: App-based pickup instructions say to turn in on Market Row -- a teeny-tiny two-lane blip of a side-street close to the corner of Winchester Blvd. on Stevens Creek Blvd. Good luck with that during gridlock. The Curbside™ App: Limited by locales and stores offered.. Too bad. So sad. (For SoCal). Designed to save you money and time by you spending more time and more money -- technically still a win-win if you buy stuff from "those" places. ====== During HEAVILY trafficked times, obedience to the App is not the best policy -- especially when Everyone (AND their Mom) is trying to reach/leave Santana Row via Winchester to Stevens Creek Blvd. Oh yeah, and angry drivers are fleeing the relative safety of that big parking garage for the relative unsafety and imprisonment on Winchester Blvd. Due to not checking Waze™'s ways and a smidgen of unfamiliarity and/or downright denial about traffic patterns to/from Santana Row at 4PM on a balmy Saturday [coincidentally being January 2nd, 2016 (3-2-1, HAPPY NEW YEAR!)], I got to learn more about Patience and Perseverance and perhaps Anger but fortunately I was able to pick up Joy later. There was no way I was going to wait 15-20 minutes to reach Stevens Creek Blvd. just to turn right onto that turd of a side-street Market Row. I politely cut off someone and bypassed Stevens Creek thru Traffic Alt Route #3, Alyssum Ln. Since Best Buy™ was now on my left, I turned left onto Market Row of which I immediately reached that point of no return. Alasably, I could have flagged the Curbside™ guy over but instead.... ===(;*´ヮ`)ノ Oddly or perhaps appropriately, the guy cards me for my DMV ID *and* exact credit card used. Maybe I got used to Target™, CVS™, Target™, Target™, and Target™ only asking to verify MY NAME. Having just left the crazy petting zoo of traffic and allegedly doing unsafe orchestral maneuvers in the light, I nearly lost it. [RANT] SERIOUSLY?!?? You're DOUBLE carding me for a $15 piece of metallic turd on a tiny two-laner turd of a street?! WTH?!? This ain't my first Curbside™ Rodeo AND this ain't no Palm Beach!!! [/RANT] Ummm...thanks again for doubly verifying my ID's against Identity Theft -- by would-be friends or thieves over $15. (Perhaps I should drink less Philz Coffee™ while writing reviews or not drink-and-write...) Anyway, I was too tired to facepalm him -- with his face -- but fortunately I still had the wherewithal to pull my ID and guessed-at credit card out of my ass [pocket]. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This rant of a "review," the attached pic(s) and tip on the Yelp™ App are so others can reach Curbside™ in a more timely, albeit semi-illegal manner without further ado during gridlock. Pro Tip: Pimp out your out of the area friends to buy stuff for you via the Curbside™ App and save $10 off of $20 or $30 at Target™, CVS™, BEST BUY™, Sephora®, etc. et al ad nauseum. Dating Tip: Wait. WHAT?!??

Absolutely amazing service and the best part about it ITS FREE!…read more I was skeptical at first when I saw the tent and thought it was people trying to sell me something, but actually its an amazing service!
