Thank you yelp, the 5 star reviews are genuine-- service, price, and cleanliness are all top notch at Style Studio. If you've followed my reviews long enough you'll know that I'm horrible at maintaining myself. Yesterday i was feeling spontaneous and in between errands I decided I had to get my haircut right then. I pulled up yelp and the nearest 5 star to me was Style Studio. I thought to myself, "I'm going to walk in and if they can't take me then it wasn't meant to be". I walked in an Hanh was bright, happy and welcoming. She listened to what i wanted and asked questions as she was cutting to make sure she didn't take more off than i wanted (my hair was down to my butt and I told her that I wanted layers but keep it as long as possible but take out the dead ends). This was the quickest, best result haircut I've ever had. Conversation was easy to make... so easy that I ended up getting a gel manicure there too!! The woman doing my manicure was so sweet. We didn't talk much because she seemed pretty focused and i didn't want to distract her. She was so thorough with cleaning the station and my hands. I think my nails took longer than my haircut but I'm not complaining. The hand/forearm massage and hot towel were so comforting. I felt sooooo pampered. The ladies had me all beautified in a bit under an hour and a half. Important to mention: this salon is a family style salon which is open to everyone. It is a very warm atmosphere which is often missed at more modern salons that offer the wine or have a more "fancy" kind of look. I really felt at ease here, like i didn't have to dress up before coming... obviously lol. Love the people, love the salon. If I get better at maintaining myself I will totally be a regular here. Oh! Updating my review, as the very sweet manager of the salon called and clarified the misunderstanding that she got busy and preferred speaking on the call than messaging that is so sweet and personable and very humbly apologized to me and also said she will refund me the money. How many people own up and invite you back to the salon after the awkwardness of a Yelp review and feedback, example of great and the best customer service I have seen. Claps. I am so happy the air is clear and so are my eyebrows (mistakes happen :) admitting to that and moving on takes courage, for that i respect the manager) and I can go back here for my nails and hair. It's been a little over a year now since I've been coming here and I have to say that this place has consistently stayed amazing. Unfortunately, they had a change in the nail lady but she is equally great if not better. There is also another person upfront doing hair so there's definitely more people coming in and out. Which is a good thing for them. What I do have to say is that you really have to make an appointment to get work done in a timely manner. If you walk-in you might have to wait a bit. But just like any place of service, appointments work the best!! Pedicures have become a monthly routine for me and I love getting them here as well. Hanh is an absolutely lovely and amazing human being. She's very energetic, listens to her clients, and genuinely loves helping people out. My brother and boyfriend were the first to see her in my family and have continuously gone to her throughout the year. Recently my mother, sister-in-law, and I saw her for either haircuts or coloring. I'm so glad that Style Studio Salon is open again due to being closed for a few months because of COVID. I called Hanh and she answered, letting me know that I could come in that afternoon but will text me because she had another appointment. We kept in touch through text and when I arrived, I was the only one at the salon. There was hand sanitizer for me to use before I signed in and I felt comfortable the whole time I was getting my hair trim. This is my third time visiting Hanh and she remembered me. I went in for a lip wax. I just so happened to see this place driving by and stopped in. Waited a few minutes for the lady to finish a hair cut to attend to me. Not trippin. I'm a walk-in. When she takes me back to the waxing area, she pats the seat/bed thing. She leaves for a minute and I sit on the bed. It's pretty cramped. She pours the wax on. No problem. The wax itself was fine...BUT! She spilled wax on my shirt and says it's because I wasn't laying down. She didn't give me any direction except tapping on the little bed. She wasn't mean or rude, but it also was not my fault. She assured me it'll come out by pouring this oil all over the spot. She also assured me it wouldn't stain. False. After washing my shirt the wax and the oil both stained. And I wasn't offered a discount or anything. read more

They smile and cheerful even at 738pm when they are suppose to be home already but waited for you because you got stuck in traffic. I've been with these ladies since 2013 and never change. They're clean. Use proper sanitizing procedure in between clients. They even have a medical autoclave to sterilize things.
