When they arrived they quickly fixed the issue that we called about. They were extremely friendly and said they have over 40 years of experience. As they were about to head out the door I mentioned there were two other issues we wondered if they could check out. They happily obliged. After seeing the issues they explained what was happening and quickly fixed it and charged us no more than the original quote for the first issue! They were unconcerned about details that matter...making sure a pair of vanity mirrors are hung level and level with each other--1-2 inches is pretty obvious to the naked eye. Nails around the door casing need to be submerged and pudded over...ya can't just "paint over them." If you cover an old hole with new drywall it needs to be textured to blend withe rest of the wall..can't just paint over it. Shouldn't have to ask a plumber to seal the shower floor or seal around the toilet. Hired a general contractor to handle the issues with personnel and make it look professional. He did not. Found out after he does NOT have a general contractors license as advertised by him and on his website. Confirmed that through DOPL. License is expired and the company has been fined three times by DOPL. I'd recommend a different "contractor."
