2021 Indian Challenger -Worst buying experience yet. Was told the bike was fully operational,…read morearrived with worn out clutch. They agreed to pay for the repairs here in WA but only replaced partial parts leaving worn out basket, bearings, & pressure plate which made the motorcycle worse. Sturgis abandoned me and stuck me with the remaining bill and the motorcycle remains at the local shop with more issues. I bought this Indian 4/8/26 , received it 5/29/26 arriving with clutch slipping. Their sales rep strung me along with lame remedies to fix the issue until 6/2/26 they agreed to repair it at a "certified" indian dealer that is about an hour away , across 2 cities and 1 ferry ride. Back and forth to this shop and Sturgis refused to fix all of the worn clutch components which caused the bike to walk in gear. 7/10/26 The Indian returns to the shop when an opening was available, blocked out my time, several uber rides, ferry costs, lost time and bike remained there until 8/11/26. When I picked it up only rode for a partial day then it broke down, left me stranded and lost all clutch tension from shotty repair work, had to tow it back to the shop on 8/19/26. Sturgis refused to be involved stuck me with the bill and now I have hundreds of pounds of stress, costs, repair bills and every warm summer day entirely burnt during this ordeal. Avoid this dealership, terrible customer service just turn and burn - you have been warned!

After a long ride I was hoping to use the restroom that used to be there the previous years we went and spent a lot of money but instead I had to use a porter potty outside and almost threw up on myself. I did appreciate the water sitting outside. The impression I got was I should take my water and move along.

I own a Harley Road Glide Special and keep my bike mostly Harley, but every now and again I buy a small item (most recently highway pegs) that I outfit on my bike. Next up is a new seat, which I'm fairly sold on a Mustang. This store is great to browse and get ideas, as well as replace parts if you were in need of getting back on the road. Lots of items to look at from riding gear and accessories, to all things bike related for street, touring, and custom cycles. Clean store with service minded, knowledgeable staff. Give the store a visit if you're in the area.... I'm walking away with a couple of gear items and lots of ideas!!

This was the only one that eventually accomplished scheduling our appointment. But we did have to call them a couple of times to keep the communication going. This dealership also offered an overnight site with electric (and a few with water) as our repairs was expected to take two days. There were a couple of issues with the site. First, we called on Saturday to confirm there would be a site available for our Sunday arrival. The dealership didn't show us on the schedule for repairs but they cleared a site for us. However they couldn't guarantee the spot would still be open when we arrived as they are closed on Sunday. Only a few of the sites could reach the limited number of water connections. The electric service was only 30 AMP. Many of the sites seemed to used by unoccupied RV's. So don't rely on there being a site for use by patrons getting service done. As for the repairs/service, they accomplished the required repairs/service as promised. They kept us informed of the progress. They even had some other parts in stock so we were able to get on the road a day early. We would return to them for repairs/service if ever in the area again.
