A blind in the bedroom is broken, and it certainly was not cleaned prior to us picking it up as promised. Our sale man Fernando was excellent, but unfortunately after the sale you have to talk to someone else. With every issue you are dealing with someone different. Seems to be a very confusing system. And we did make numerous calls to REACH OUT, but all resulted in us leaving message not to be returned.

Integrity RV really works hard to please and get your business To show the contrast to another RV dealership who I had used in the area for many years unfortunately changed hands last year under new ownership. After being told it would cost me next to nothing to lubricate my slide out they charged me $100. extra over and above the other work I was having done. We took our holiday trailer there with an issue, just for them to tell us it is working just fine (just not hooked up correctly) and charge us $460 for not doing one thing but testing it. We called prior to picking the trailer up, letting them know we would be there shortly and if they could have it ready. I get there and our brand new batteries are completely dead so I had to mess around and get them to borrow me their charger so I could get the jacks down. When I go inside the trailer, there is dirt and sand all over the floors and garbage thrown by the front door. Then get home to find my trailer plate missing (screws and all), when we took it there with a licence plate on it. Just my terrible experience with them, but definitely won't be going back. Vellner's in Red Deer is who we went to a couple months prior, they went over and tested our entire trailer, gave us two brand new batteries, fixed our fueling station, as well as fixed our stove and wasn't even $700. We got it back, working perfect and cleaner than when we dropped it off. With a nice new welcome mat. I will drive the extra hour next time I need anything done to my holiday trailer.

That was the last that I heard from him. I sent a further text asking what the status was, no reply to that either. After 9 business days I call their listed number. I got the owner/manager. I told him what happened and he said that the tech had gone hunting. I said he should have let me know. He made a nice excuse for him and didn't even offer to get the job going. He wasn't even interested in keeping my business.
